For Battlefield 2042 players, if you want to have a better gaming experience by boost FPS, this guide will show you how to increase your FPS with 30-40FPS
Increase fps
I’ve discovered that changing GstRender.ShadowQuality 0 in your settings file drastically improves fps for PC. The document is located in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings\PROFSAVE_profile (make sure to make a copy incase you want to revert to old settings)
You can also search for GetRender.Dx12Enabled and change it to 1
This gave me about an extra 30fps in All Out War which makes things much more smoother especially in combat scenarios.
Found this after some digging and thought to share it here so you guys could enjoy it aswell
Went from 30 to 70+Fps myself
