Go to the Town PIzza next and defeat Boo (defending only works the first time I think or until you got the pacifist achievement)
Go to the Grogery store and defeat Brain by either fighting, defending or taking a bunch of pictures

you can buy stuff at the Twist Shop one last time, buy the Cool Guy Dictionary if you can (because that insta-kills Sav and makes your life a whole lot easier)

Once you played all the other routes, the true route is unlocked.  On day 1, Office Lady will ask you for your employee number. Choose any number to start the true route.
