Unlocking “Democracy Surplus”, “Fashion Guns” and Some of the Other Gun Stores
Location: Docks or near them, Sports Arena, City Center
Watch where the cables go from their consecutive locked doors, fly with i.e. the butt propeller (or any other flying contraption you can think of) to the second level, on to a metallic grid ledge.
Find the electrical mains/fuse box where the cabling leads to.
Open the electric box and punch the button inside. Sometimes there’s two electric boxes, and the other of those might have a small “surprise” for the player. 😉
