Besiege is a physics based building game in which you construct medieval siege engines. the 1.0 version has been released on Feb, 19. here is a guide on how to rotate parts.
How to Rotate?
In the settings on the upper right, there is a setting that enables Advanced Building Mode. The icon looks like a drawing compas.
Then, after you select the Rotate tool, you will have more options. First, you can select multiple blocks by clicking and draging, or Shift+clicking to add or remove individual blocks.
Second, you will see the number 45.00 interval number, which you can now change to anything you want.
Lastly there are 3 other options that will change how things are rotated.

Globe: Uses global axes

Reticle: Uses the connection point as the point of rotation

Link: Roates multiple blocks as if they are one object, disable to rotate them separately.
