DATE A LIVE: Rio Reincarnation – Opening & Ending Music “Restoration Patch”

Somehow Idea Factory International released the PC version of this game shipped with opening and endings without its original music (just all the same instrument for ALL endings and a different one for the opening, which is kinda boring for me to hear).
I guess its licensing issues that forced IFI to remove them in this release, but don’t worry!
this mod/patch will restore the original PS3/Vita version musics to this game!

Note: about a bit stuttered music in this video is my laptop can’t handle both playing this and recording video at the same time.

• First of all, CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD[drive.google.com] the mod/patch.
• Extract the archive you’ve downloaded.
• Find your Date A Live Rio Reincarnation game folder
  (default to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DATE A LIVE Rio Reincarnation)
• Copy extracted files (Data folder) to your game folder
• Start the game and enjoy!

inside Data->ENG->Movie folder, you’ll find:

• 1st_end01.movie > Tohka’s ending
• 1st_end02.movie > Origami’s ending
• 1st_end03.movie > Yoshino’s ending
• 1st_end04.movie > Kurumi’s ending
• 1st_end05.movie > Kotori’s ending
• 1st_end06.movie > Rinne’s ending
• 1st_op.movie > Rinne Utopia PS3 original Opening, NOT USED.
  You’ll need to rename this to 3rd_op.movie if you want Rinne Utopia’s opening played in-game instead of Rio Reincarnation’s one.

Arusu Install

• 2nd_end01.movie > Tohka’s ending
• 2nd_end02.movie > Origami’s ending
• 2nd_end03.movie > Yoshino’s ending
• 2nd_end04.movie > Kurumi’s ending
• 2nd_end05.movie > Kotori’s ending
• 2nd_end06.movie > Kaguya’s ending
• 2nd_end07.movie > Yuzuru’s ending
• 2nd_end08.movie > Miku’s ending
• 2nd_end09.movie > Maria’s ending
• 2nd_op.movie > Arusu Install PS3 original Opening, NOT USED.
  You’ll need to rename this to 3rd_op.movie if you want Arusu Install’s opening played in-game instead of Rio Reincarnation’s one.

Rio Reincarnation

• 3rd_end01.movie > Rio Reincarnation’s ending (regardless of route, all of them will end with this one).
• 3rd_op.movie > Rio Reincarnation PC’s opening with restored music from VITA version, USED by the game.
• 3rd_op2.movie > Rio Reincarnation PS VITA original Opening, NOT USED.
  You’ll need to rename this to 3rd_op.movie if you want original VITA version opening played in-game instead of PC version, as VITA has lower-resolution than PS3, this video is lower qualitythan other videos.
