I just found a Skill book not listed above. Its in the warehouse district in chapter 15 (I think). Its in a building east of the new Skynet outpost that you encounter on your way to the second soldier. Its behind a barred door in the same room you find the dead soldier. You need to find a vent and crawl through to access the book.
