Well, if you are not 100% sure if you saw all the important videos, here is my tip:
Go to Steam/ Steamapps/ Common/ Telling Lies/ TellingLies_data/ StreamingAssets/ Videos and you will see all ingame videos.
Quite cool, huh? You can now watch them with a real video player, from beginning to end. No more spending 60 seconds rewinding.
BUT WAIT!!! It gets better!
As you can see, you videos are organized numerical/ chronological and they always come in pair (e.g. 1A and 1B where you see Mike and David do their legend briefing);
If you launch both at the same time, you can see both sides of the conversation in real time, so you finally know what was talked about in those 2 minutes an actor just stared into the camera.
So, this is a real nice way to revisit the game, after you do not plan to go through it again, but see it in another way that feels more complete and fills in the gaps.

I recommend an ultrawide screen or 2 screens next to each other for the best experience, but any screen will be ok, as long as you do not mind black bars.
