For Dead Space players who want to improve image quality or fix stutters of the game, thisguide will show you a possible method.
Disable VRS (Variable Rate Shading)
1. Go to …/Documents/Dead Space (2023)/settings/steam/
2. Open file “ProfileOptions_profile” with notepad
3. Add at the bottom this string:GstRender.VRS 0

4. Save file and run the game
This fixed much stutters for me and removed blur from some areas.
I get stable 60 fps on 3440×1440 resolution.
Statters still happen when new location is loading.
My config:
i5 11500 / 48GB 3200Mhz / RTX 3070 / 1TB M.2 SSD
3440×1440 / ULTRA Settings / DLSS Balanced / RTAO – Off
