Achievements are ordered by their number in the Achievements menu.

1. Cleared Reimu (Wolf Spirit) – Beat Reimu’s scenario with the Wolf Spirit on any difficulty without continuing.
2. Cleared Reimu (Otter Spirit) – Beat Reimu’s scenario with the Otter Spirit on any difficulty without continuing.
3. Cleared Reimu (Eagle Spirit) – Beat Reimu’s scenario with the Eagle Spirit on any difficulty without continuing.
4. Cleared Marisa (Wolf Spirit) – Beat Marisa’s scenario with the Wolf Spirit on any difficulty without continuing.
5. Cleared Marisa (Otter Spirit) – Beat Marisa’s scenario with the Otter Spirit on any difficulty without continuing.

35. Let’s drink some milk – Beat the midboss of Stage 2 while being very close to Urumi.
36. The newborn chirpy – Beat the midboss of Stage 3 while in Otter Roaring Mode.
37. Slow and Steady – Beat the midboss of Stage 4 while grazing Yachie’s bullets.
38. Oi, Hanimaru! – Beat the midboss of Stage 5 without destroying any of Mayumi’s spirits.
39. A Clay Horse – Beat the midboss of Stage 6 with a Spirit Strike.
40. One Chick, Two Chicks, Three Chicks – Beat the midboss of the Extra Stage without dying or using a Spell Card.
