Download The Zip, and Go to the readme that is in “Optional” then copy the bottom code and add it to your Starfieldcustom.ini or Startfield.ini, then add the data to your starfield directory.
if you want the save file so you can skip the intro, place it directly in your C:\Users\Biggychungus\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Saves
