For Serious Sam 4 players,if you are trying to switch to Vlkan but the game crashes time to time, this is a potential fix to the game crashing when selecting Vulkan.
Fix
On my side, I was crashing while switching to Vulkan.
Disabling the Steam overlay allowed me to select Vulkan without crashing.
I hope the game has some serious day 1 patch but for now, if you want to use Vulkan but crash while selecting it, it seems like a potential temp fix until they patch the game a LOT.
Performance on Vulkan seems worst on my side but might be different for you, the game performance seems highly random sadly.
