You will get these achievements when progressing through the story of the game. They are ordered by the time they will unlock.

Concluded a busy nano-day.

Not sure, but I think you get this after you complete the tutorial.

Spiderbot, Spiderbot
Became like an arachnid.

Use the hook for the first time.

Low Fat Diet
Eliminated the Fatster.

BeLiver
Saved and quarantined the Liver.

Degree in Parasitology
Eliminated the Wyrm.

Can you Stomach this?
Saved and quarantined the Stomach.

Gunslinger at Heart
Eliminated the Boss.

Heart of the Problems
Saved and quarantined the Heart.

Are you Kidney me?
Saved and quarantined the Kidneys.

Monster Hunt
Eliminated the Cerberus.

It was a Lung Figh
Saved and quarantined the Lungs.

Delivered from Evil
Defeated the Ultimate Evil.

These achievements can all be unlocked in the Heart.

Became a tasteful customizer.

Unlock a skill.

Learned the useful chemistry.

Blood on Manipulators
Liquidated some oposition.

Searching the Unobtainium
Became a master of substances.

Craft all available substances – I don’t think that the substances that are unlocked after unlocking the skill Forbidden Knowledge are required.

Full to the Brim
Used the Remedium Interface for good.

Simply heal yourself with a Structure Groth Substance.

The other achievements are grouped by their location. Note that you cannot revisit an organ once you quarantined it – which makes those achievements missable.

Saboteur Found
Located the one responsible for the halt.

For the task The Last Halt you have to remove a shovel:

After you removed the shovel, go behind the conveyor. There is a worker robot. You should unlock the achievement, when you look at the worker.

Heresy, on the Rocks
Spotted the moonshine apparatus.

At the entrance of Ulcerville (where Spiv, Jetbot, etc. are) you will find a machine that looks like some machines placed throughout the map, with the difference that there are some glowing orbs in the attached glass bulb:

Leap of Faith
Jumped like a pro stuntbot.

After you configured the launch pad for the task To the System’s End and Beyond, jump down from the platform and land on the launch pad:

No Camping Allowed
Played a wildlife policebot part

Throughout the heart, there are many machines that glow green and produce something. Usually morbs spawn there. Destroy the machine or at least the glass bulb attached. In the below screenshot, the glass bulb is already destroyed:

Wanted to believe so very hard…

There is a UFO-like thingy hidden in the heart:

Nanonomicon
Located the Book of Disabled Bots.

After defeating the necromancer in task Day of the Dead go around his tower and try to speak with him (beware of the toxic lake) or jump on the platform where he stood. I did not see a book, therefore I am not really sure what triggers the achievement.
