Quake 4: Secret & Hidden Locations and Loot

#1 Secret: At the beginning of the level, go up in the elevator and turn to the left. Jump over the metal fence and you will find x1 Shotgun Shells.

#1 Secret: When Voss sends you to deactivate the laser barricade, jump over this fence to one side and continue until you find a Small Armor Vest and x2 Small Medkits.

#1 Secret: When going down the first elevator, jump down and continue until you find a Large Armor Vest, x2 Nailgun Magazines and x1 Shotgun Shells.

#1 Secret: Before going through this door, jump to the right and you will find a Small Armor Vest.

#2 Secret: It’s not entirely a secret, but it’s hidden and I’ve seen more than one skip it. Climbing this ladder you will find a Small Armor Vest, a Grenade Launcher and, if you light right behind, There will be a x1 Rockets Box waiting for you.

#3 Secret: In this part you will run into two Strogg Scientists. Kill them and you will find this small interactive screen. On your right there will be a corridor leading to a locked door. When you activate the screen, you will have about 3 seconds to run towards the door before it closes again. Here you will find a 1x Hyperblaster and x5 Armor Shards.

#1 Secret: At the start of this level and once you have dealt with the tactical units, go to the left and jump behind these little containers. There is a Large Armor Vest there.

#2 Secret: Before going down the elevators in this area, walk carefully along the side and you will come across a 1x Grenades Pack.

#3 Secret: Once you get off the elevator and kill the enemies, jump over this pipe to the side and go up to the top floor. You will find a x1 Rockets Box and a Large Armor Vest hidden.

#1 Secret: On your way to reactivate the barrels processing, jump over this fence and follow the path until you come across with a small room containing x2 Nailgun Magazines and a Large Armor Vest.

#1 Secret: Following the path through the conveyor belt, jump to the right and you will find a Small Armor Vest. If you go up and repeat the process but jump to the left, you will also find a x1 Large MedKit and x1 Railgun Magazine as well.

#2 Secret: It is recommended that you save here. If you fail in the jump or make the barrels fall from where they are, load the previous save and try again. Use the barrels on the side to jump over the light bulb and then into the adjacent area. Here is a Large Armor Vest and x2 Large MedKits.

#3 Secret: As you deal with the stroyent processing creature, go down this ladder and look underneath in the darkness: there is a Large Armor Vest.

#4 Secret: This is very easy, but it is in the dark and more than one loses it. Again, here is a Large Armor Vest for you.

#1 Secret: Jump to this side in this part. You will find a Small Armor Vest and x2 Small MedKits.

#2 Secret: Near the end of the level, jump down in this area and continue the path until you find a Small Armor Vest hidden next to 1x Shotgun Shells and 1x Bullet Clip.

#3 Secret: Just before you meet the survivors of the cobra squad, jump down on this part and you will find a x1 Rockets Box and x1 Railgun Magazine.

#1 Secret: In this part you will face tactical units. Finish them and throw yourself into these pipes. Look right behind and you’ll find a x1 Dark Matter Cores hidden there.

#2 Secret: Watch yourself here. Two Berserkers will come for you. Kill them and jump over those boxes to come up with a Large Armor Vest and x1 Large MedKit.

#1 Secret: Once you have reactivated the power of the data processing tower, look behind the terminal and you will find another Large Armor Vest and x1 Large MedKit.

#1 Secret: On your way up with Sledge, you will enter this room almost in the dark. Look under the stairs and you will find a Large Armor Vest and x1 Large MedKit again.

#1 Secret: As you move carefully through this destroyed area, look to one side and jump. You will find a x1 Rockets Box and x1 Small MedKit.

#1 Secret: Right at the end, jump through these pipes and follow the path until you find a Small Armor Vest.
