Press Windows key + R and type “%LOCALAPPDATA%”

go find the engine.ini file which is in APK\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Add this at the bottom of the .ini file:
[/script/engine.engine]
bUseFixedFrameRate=False
bSmoothFrameRate=True
MinDesiredFrameRate=60.000000
SmoothedFrameRateRange=(LowerBound=(Type=Inclusive,Value=30.000000),UpperBound=(Type=Exclusive,Value=60.000000))

change the value of 60 to the FPS you want.
