Serafina’s Crown: Walkthrough for 100% Achievement and Ending Guide

There are several achievements that can be done in any playthrough, but I sorted most of them into the sections where it’s most convenient to get them. The only remaining ones are these two:

Landslide Victory
Win a debate with opponent’s score at zero

This is the easiest achievement in the game and you will probably get it in your first or second debate. Simply choose to debate with whatever your highest stat is. If the arrow points up, choose high numbers. If the arrow points down, choose low numbers. The debate ends automatically if someone reaches 30 votes or more, otherwise it ends after Round 4.

If you save the best number for last you are more likely to wipe your opponent’s score to zero at the end.

The New Reign
Make your regency a permanent arrangement and ascend to the throne

You can set up the conditions for this one in any playthrough, but it’s obviously mutually exclusive with the achievements where someone else is crowned King or Queen so you should make a save before this choice and then you can reload.

To unlock this option, you need to win most of the debates. It seems like this option won’t appear if one House is dominating the house standings, in which case they’ll ascend the throne without a debate. So, make sure to support another house sometimes to stop one House from winning automatically.

Personally I got this option on my Kallias romance playthrough where my highest stat was green. The other candidate for the throne was Serafina. It’s quite easy to keep Serafina in the running as her House starts out near the top anyway.

For this playthrough, focus on raising the Mallion (green) statistic to at least 50% of your total. Choose another stat to raise as a backup for when green choices aren’t available.

You should reach 10 points quite quickly.

Golden Touch
Start a romance with Kallias Jeridar, the prodigal former king of Darzia

The Repentant King
Restore the reign of Kallias Jeridar

Achieve Kallias’s Ending
Complete your regency with Kallias Jeridar by your side

To get these three achievements, do the following:

• Keep your green statistic high and support Kallias’s views in the majority of debates.
• The first three times you have to pick someone to visit, visit Kallias. The choices you make in these scenes don’t seem to matter much.
• At the ball, dance with Kallias.
• Say Yes when Kallias visits you to initiate the romance.
• DON’T accuse Lokke of Queen Belatrix’s murder – but anyone else seems to be fine.
• If you are asked if you want to run for Queen yourself, make a save (to get The New Reign achievement later) then select no.
• As long as you won enough debates for Kallias, you can choose him to be King. If his house is the only one in the running, his ascension is automatic.
• In the epilogue, confirm the romance with Kallias.

For this playthrough, focus on raising the Picard (purple) statistic to at least 50% of your total. Choose another stat to raise as a backup for when purple choices aren’t available.

Embark on a relationship with the decadent Kendal of House Terrace

The Velvet Throne
Make a king out of Kendal Terrace

Achieve Kendal’s Ending
Complete your regency with Kendal Terrace by your side

To get these three achievements, do the following:

• Keep your purple statistic high and support Kendal’s views in the majority of debates.
• The first three times you have to pick someone to visit, visit Kendal. The choices you make in these scenes don’t seem to matter much.
• At the ball, dance with Kendal.
• Say Yes when Kendal visits you to initiate the romance.
• DON’T accuse Lokke of Queen Belatrix’s murder – but anyone else seems to be fine. I chose Nikolaos. You can accuse Picard if you want.
• If you are asked if you want to run for Queen yourself, make a save (to get The New Reign achievement later) then select no.
• As long as you won enough debates for Kendal, you can choose him to be King. If his house is the only one in the running, his ascension is automatic.
• In the epilogue, confirm the romance with Kendal.

For this playthrough, focus on raising the Demetral (blue) statistic to at least 50% of your total. Choose another stat to raise as a backup for when blue choices aren’t available.

Initiate a relationship with Serafina and her husband Reuben

The Rightful Heir
Allow Serafina Elborn to become the next queen

Achieve Serafina & Reuben’s Ending
Complete your regency at the side of–or perhaps between–Serafina and Reuben

To get these three achievements, do the following:

• Keep your blue statistic high and support Serafina’s views in the majority of debates.
• The first three times you have to pick someone to visit, visit Serafina. I don’t know how much the choices here matter, but this is what I picked for the first visit:
  1. Don’t cheat
  2. Gerald Feldren
  3. Demetral
  4. The Guardian
  5. Wolvens
  6. Nothing
  7. Ask for a kiss as a reward
  8. Choose to wait for Reuben.
• On the third visit give the key to Serafina and Reuben at the end.
• At the ball, dance with both Serafina and Reuben.
• Go to the garden with Serafina when she asks you.
• DON’T accuse Lokke of Queen Belatrix’s murder – but anyone else seems to be fine. I chose Kendal.
• If you are asked if you want to run for Queen yourself, make a save (to get The New Reign achievement later) then select no.
• As long as you won enough debates for Serafina, you can choose her to be Queen. If her house is the only one in the running, her ascension is automatic.
• In the epilogue, confirm the romance with Serafina and Reuben.

Roza has an additional achievement for which you will need to make an alternate save file when instructed and reload.

Aside from that, you know the drill – raise the red stat most and choose a secondary stat to raise too.

Wolf & I
Accumulate 10 points with Belazar, the goddess of wrath and war

You should reach 10 points quite quickly.

Blooming on the Battlefield
Kick off a romance with the fiery Roza of House Pajari

The War Queen
Put Roza Pajari on the Darzian throne

Achieve Roza’s Ending
Complete your regency with Roza Pajari by your side

To get these three achievements, do the following:

• Keep your red statistic high and support Roza’s views in the majority of debates.
• The first three times you have to pick someone to visit, visit Roza. On the third visit, take the oath to Belazar.
• At the ball, dance with Roza.
• Confirm the romance when Roza visits you.
• MAKE A SAVE BEFORE CHOOSING TO INDICT ANYONE FOR THE MURDER.
• DON’T accuse Lokke or Roza of Queen Belatrix’s murder – but anyone else seems to be fine. I chose Nikolaos.
• If you are asked if you want to run for Queen yourself, make a save (to get The New Reign achievement later) then select no.
• As long as you won enough debates for Roza, you can choose her to be Queen. If her house is the only one in the running, her ascension is automatic.
• In the epilogue, confirm the romance with Roza.

Price of a Broken Oath
Die an early death after breaking an oath

Reload the save you made earlier and choose to indict Roza. It does not matter whether you win the debate or not; Odell will reveal the secret oath and subsequently die at the beginning of Chapter 4, giving you this achievement.

Arken’s romance is a little different as he’s not a candidate for the throne and you can’t choose to visit him like the other characters. I don’t think it matters who you decide to support or what stats you raise for the most part, but I chose to support Serafina.

This may be a good time to get the right conditions for The New Reign achievement (make yourself queen) if you haven’t already. See the “Any playthrough” section again if you need tips on how to get this option to come up.

Achieve Arken’s Ending
Complete your regency with Arken Jeridar by your side

To get these two achievements, do the following:

• Try to be friendly to Arken and make sure to choose these flirty options:
  1. “Are you… flirting with me?”
  2. “He wants to sleep with me”
  3. “Do you want me to be “your pet?””
• You know you’re on his romance when he will respond to that last option with “Perhaps… if you wanted to be.” Confirm “Yes” to start the romance.
• Dance with Arken at the ball.
• Pardon Arken
• Invite him to stay the night
• I’m not sure if it matters whether you send a rescue party for Arken or not – I chose to, but I believe he survives either way.
• Do not elect yourself Queen – choose someone else. I chose Serafina.
• In the epilogue, leave the castle with Arken.

Lorenzo is another different one. This is the best time to get the achievements for kissing Lorenzo, revealing the true murderer, and defeating a god in a debate, but you might have gotten those earlier as they don’t prevent you pursuing other romances or endings.

First of all, choose a primary stat to raise (I suggest green or blue because of their abilities). You need to win a fairly difficult debate later and the stat you’ll use in said debate is whichever is your highest. The opponent uses purple. You can also use purple, but I think green or blue is easier because of the abilities.

Achieve Lorenzo’s Ending
Complete your regency by reconciling with your mysterious ex, no matter who he might really be

• You can pick whoever you want for your first four visits, but it will help with the debate later if you unlock some debate abilities for whichever stat you’re focusing on.
• It doesn’t seem to matter who you dance with. I chose Kallias.
• Visit Lorenzo the last two times.
• Reject anyone else if they try to start a romance with you.
• Kiss Lorenzo (or rather, Lokke).
• Accuse Picard of the murder and win the subsequent debate. (This may be quite difficult, but even if you lose you will have another easier opportunity to debate him, albeit without any debate abilities. It doesn’t matter if you exhaust the Divinity Dial. Reload and try again if necessary.)
• Do not elect yourself Queen – choose someone else. I picked Kallias.
• In the epilogue, accept Lokke’s offer to join him.

These don’t have associated achievements but might be of interest if you enjoyed the story.

Some of the romance endings will differ slightly depending on who ascended the throne. For example, if you romance Kallias and he is crowned King, he will propose to Odell, but if Odell is crowned Queen, Kallias will hint at staying together and Odell will be the one to propose to him.

I don’t think it’s possible to be Queen and get Arken’s ending, as he seems to leave the castle no matter what happens.

If you accuse Lokke of the murder of Queen Belatrix, he will appear in the epilogue and announce his intention to possess Odell and discredit her by making her seem insane, thereby exacting his revenge. This seems to prevent you getting a romance ending instead.
