Why not try a ranged Cleric. Use Longbows and a Longsword or any blunt weapon as a secondary weapon. Use light armor and maybe a shield in use with
the backup weapon. Choice an Human for more hit points or an Elf for better attacks with bows. Can even use spells to attack, defense and healing. Use
summon creatures to help in close combat.
Use a Human or Elf as the characters race.

Intro: A ranged Cleric without Dexterity and with heavy armor?, Yes, when you have +3 Base Attack Bonus and a Wisdom at least on 13
(no problems for at Cleric) you can use the Zen Archery feat and you use Wisdom instead for Dexterity for your ranged attacks if Wisdom is higher.
A powerful archer with heavy armor and I think these is better. If you use a Dwarf, forget to use Turn undead, you have a very low Charisma and you can
only use that once time before you must rest.
Use a Human or Dwarf as the characters race.

Str 14-16, Dex 10-12, Con 14-16, Int 12, Wis 16, Cha 10
