Lacey’s Flash Games: Progression Guide (Achievements, Easter Eggs, etc)

Posted on November 1, 2026

I went into Lacey’s Flash Games expecting a cute little collection of oddly unsettling minigames, and I came out the other side having torn through every single one of them to see what happens when you push them past their limits. That’s what this guide is about — breaking each game on purpose so you can reach the distorted progression states. Before you dive in, I want to be honest with you: the overall progression in this game feels genuinely buggy for a lot of people right now, and absolute completion isn’t possible as far as I can tell. When that gets sorted out or figured out, I’ll come back and update this. I’ll also be covering the achievements and easter eggs I know how to get. If you’ve found anything about progression or hidden secrets that isn’t here, tell me and I’ll credit you for it.

Lacey’s Wardrobe

You don’t have to do anything clever here — just play it through normally and it’ll break on its own. That was honestly a relief after some of the other games on this list.

I haven’t found a specific easter egg yet, but if it follows the original Lacey’s Wardrobe game on Steam, there could be unique secrets tucked away somewhere — like escaping the stalker by wearing a certain outfit. Worth poking around if you’re the curious type.

For the “You tired…” achievement, here’s what I did: pick up the gift, then wait. And wait. I don’t actually know the exact time required, but give it a long, long stretch — five minutes is probably a safe bet — before you send Lacey outside.

Lacey’s Slacking

Do yourself a favor and unlock Employee of the Month first by completing this game normally, without breaking anything. Once you break it, you can’t play it again — so if you go for the chaos before the achievement, it’s gone for good.

To trigger the broken state, you have to intentionally get caught slacking multiple times. Four or five catches seems to do it before the true broken state kicks in. You’ll know you’re there when every “slacking off” task changes and becomes noticeably distorted. In this state, failure is literally impossible — if you get caught, the game just makes you wake Lacey up and you try again. You have to complete it three times in this state to finish it.

On the first run, a head appears and makes a loud noise just before it shows up. As long as it isn’t fully sticking out, you’re safe — but the moment it does emerge, it’s instant, so you can’t hesitate. There also seems to be a scripted pattern here, and the creature will sometimes chain checks back-to-back without giving you a breather.

The second run brings a weird-looking guy who makes no noise at all, but he only fails you if you’re still slacking by the time he’s halfway on screen. He also spawns these kid-like variants of himself, though as far as I can tell they don’t do anything and won’t fail-state you.

The third run has no enemy, so you get unlimited tries. The catch is the picture task — you must complete all the side tasks, because there’s some being in the middle of the screen who kicks you out of the task if you click him.

The tasks themselves are fairly self-explanatory once you see them: the first option hides you in the toilet, where you stay until the timer finishes; the second brings up a blurry picture and you click all the black objects, each one making the image less blurry; the third is a pack of pills you press until the pack is empty; the fourth is a wristband you click, drag to the right, and release five times (this can go very fast); the fifth is a pair of lungs you press and hold on each side until done; and the sixth is an eye you rapidly click until a tear is shed, three times over.

On the final job, the choices shift slightly and the wristband is gone. The first is the same sit-and-wait, just with different imagery. The second is much blurrier, and clicking the middle kicks you out. The third is the pills, but now you drop them into the toilet and flush them. The fourth is the lungs — very rotted now, presumably from cigarettes — and a little line moves along a slider; you click whenever it hits the small green section in the middle. The fifth is the eye, but now there are multiple rows of them. To find the real one, scan your mouse along the eyes — the cursor changes to a hand when you land on the true eye.

My Strategy for Lacey’s Slacking

These tasks get tedious fast, especially if you fail, so here’s how I’d tackle them. Right at the start, go for the Eye task — don’t wait, click it immediately and spam-click, hoping you finish in time. It’s by far the most time-consuming task and the most annoying, since it doesn’t save progress.

Next, knock out the toilet-hiding task, which is the second biggest time sink. Once both of those are done, finish the lungs — this one does save progress, so complete one lung, wait for him to come on screen, then do the other. The remaining tasks are easy. After you finish all of this, you won’t be able to play the normal game again; it’ll just show you the same image with nothing interactable.

Lacey’s Nail Salon

This one has a strict requirement: you have to pick the blonde girl on the far right. Pick anyone else and you simply can’t break it.

Once you’ve got her, file her nails. After that, don’t interact with her — just wait, click around randomly, and swap to the next tools like the cotton to start cleaning her hands. Whatever you do, don’t finish cleaning her nails. Eventually the next option becomes available, so press it when it does.

She’ll look displeased and comment that you didn’t actually clean her nails properly. After that, pick her again — this is where you reach the progression state, so don’t press back. Use your file to clean her nails, then the clipper on her fingers at the joints to cut them off, then the cotton to bug her hands out. Just keep messing with it and clipping, and eventually you’ll get a cutscene.

From there it works like Lacey’s Slacking. You’ll be completely unable to clean the blonde girl’s hands — you can still choose her, but it just plays the weird meat sounds and won’t let you file, trim, wipe, or polish no matter how hard you try. You can still help the other girls, though.

Lacey’s Petshop

This one has one of the more abstract completion methods, and it changed from the demo — which is probably why so many people are stuck on it right now. In the petshop itself, simply help the animals until you reach the dog. Once you’re on the dog, move the tab to the right and return to the larger consistent tab that holds all the games. Do not close the petshop minigame while you do this.

Go to the about me tab and scroll all the way to the bottom. There you’ll find the dog with an odd face — drag the png of the small dog onto the normal dog, and it’ll close out the game. When you reopen it, all the clients will make weird, abusive requests. Complete them all, and once you reach the last one, just wait — the dog appears on screen and you’ll load into the progression zone.

The House

The house section follows the demo. Head to the left and you’ll find a bird wearing skin — click it and pick up the skin. Go back, click the cat, and return its skin. That done, you can enter the house.

Going left is the story path but it doesn’t actually do anything, so I went right and clicked the cage to find the key. Picking up the key kicks you out of the cage. Upstairs, you can enter either the first room on the left or the bathroom. In the bathroom you’ll get a weird message from Rocio and then get forcibly kicked out — I’m not sure if that part is mandatory. The first room reveals the dog is dead, and entering the second room afterward completes this game state.

Like the other two, finishing this permanently changes the petshop — once you’ve dragged the dog from the about me tab, you can’t go back to the original undistorted version.

Lacey’s Love Meter

This one is really easy. Based on the previous game, you can infer the trick: put Lacey on one side and Uncle on the other, and it breaks instantly. It seems like it’s meant to progress the game, but right now it’s broken.

For easter eggs, pair up any of these: Rocio x Grace, Lacey x Jay x Macie (any of those together), Lacey x Lacey, Stalker x Anybody but Lacey, Stalker x Lacey, and Rocio x Lacey.

Lacey’s Diner

Also very easy. You just wait and fail — but unlike the demo, it repeats multiple times. Keep letting the timer run out over and over until the game becomes extremely distorted and all the ingredients turn vile or dangerous. Then make the meal out of the Uncle’s remains and feed it to the customers to finish.

Unlike the other games, you can still play the unaltered version after completing this one.

Maisie’s Sticker Quiz

I don’t think this one is breakable — it seems more like a fun little easter egg, especially since it’s tied to a daily attempt. To get the “Gallery!” achievement, you need every single personality, of which there are ten. You can bypass the daily limit simply by changing the date and time on your computer.

Jay’s Hiphop Class

Again, I couldn’t find a way to break this one. There’s an achievement called Employee of the Month whose icon is Jay with an arrow next to her, which implies it’s tied to this game rather than Lacey’s slacking off.

Jammers

No way to break this one found. It might be tied to replicating one of Lacey’s songs, like the one at the end of Lacey’s Makeover or Lacey’s Petshop.

Maisie’s Magic Potions

I haven’t found a way to break this either, though there’s an achievement called “Super Nova” that seems tied to it. The correct input is Sheep, Ruler, Person, Saturn, Rain Cloud — but even doing it right doesn’t unlock the achievement. Upon completing it, though, Gracie starts ranting about how Maisie is her favorite because she’s so smart, just like Gracie.

The rest of the media touches on how Rocio didn’t actually like Gracie and thought she was narcissistic and uncaring toward Rocio’s emotions. That’s supported in Lacey’s Nail Salon, where you can only harm the blonde girl, and Gracie — who is blonde — says Rocio doesn’t like blonde people. I couldn’t remember her exact words, and since old conversations can’t be replayed, I wasn’t able to experiment with it. I did try a couple of ideas, though: the Horse gives you blonde hair, and the Snake or Robot seems to describe how Rocio sees Gracie.

That’s everything I’ve managed to break so far. If the overall progression gets patched or someone cracks it, I’ll update this — and in the meantime, good luck squeezing every last glitch out of these games.
