Risk of Rain Returns – Skins, Unusual Items, and Specials

The gem for this is hidden above the Med Bay in the final level, invisible until you get close. There’s a small hidden tunnel from the log to it, which itself is reached by finding a way to the outside of the Med Bay.

This one can be found below the ship in the final level, just to the left of the “1 Equipment” chest. I have yet to figure out how to turn it into a solid gem that can be picked up.

The use for this is still unknown. It does not appear to be tied to anything yet.

Item id: “ror-strangeBattery”

This chest allows you to teleport an equipment piece of your choice from the final level to the next run. It will appear in the 2nd zone with the same price as a normal small chest. You’ll reach it by leaving the ship on the top, then manouvering over and under the bridge to the area with the dancing golems, then heading through a hidden tunnel that leads to the chest.

Stores an Item id under the key “rift_equipment_id”.
