Here is a guide on how to find all secrets in the new patch 0.65.
All Secrets Guide V0.65
Flamethrower
Shop. Buy Siphon for $3500. Use it on the grey car outside of the shop to get Gasoline 
Ella’s Apartment. Go upstairs. Use the Electromagnet to pull the metal jar from the wall. It contains Flame Thrower Recipe. If you don’t have an Electromagnet, check out the v0.55 guide
Warehouse. Head inside and use the Boomerang to grab the Compressor. If you don’t have a Boomerang, check out the v0.53 guide
Blow Torch is not required, despite the recipe stating that it’s one of the ingredients needed. Craft the Flamethrower with Angelcraft. Don’t forget to replenish your Container by buying a new one from the shop.
Dumbbell
Ella’s Apartment. Visit Ella’s bedroom. Use the Electromagnet to pull the metal jar from the wall. It contains a Dumbbell. If you don’t have an Electromagnet check out the v0.55 guide.
5 Crucifixes
Note: Only 3 of the 5 Crucifixes have been found, if you’ve found more let me know where, I’ll credit you and add it in
1. Behind the Church, go 1up to the alligator area.
2. Chapel > Right side stairs > Clear the spiders with Flamethrower
3. Wilkes Mansion Dark Chapel. Go up through the doors. It’s in the bottom right corner of the ladder room
Story
Church. Father Solomon wants 5 Crucifixes and Holy Water
Police Station. Talk to Andrea. Exit police station. Head over to the Church. Go to the chapel and go up the left stairs. Keep climbing until you see Chloe and Carol. Then go to Judy’s room and take the stairs down to the cave. We get half a cellar box key.
Go 1left and cross the water with Swim shoes. If you don’t have that check out the v0.55 guide. Now use the Flamethrower on the Spiders. Go left and we see a chamber with a Gold Statue. Grab the Gold Statue.
Wilkes Mansion. Head in from the front. There’s a device that needs 3 items to open the portal: Demon Feather, Demon Tooth, and a Demon Horn
Church. Go to the Chapel and take the stairs on the right. Head up until you see spiders. Use the Flamethrower to clear the room. Grab the Crucifix, Demon Feather and jump over left to grab the Cellar Box Key Half. Now we can go to our inventory and click one of the halves to glue them together.
Head over to Judy’s room and down to the caves. Open the box
Church Backyard. Grab the Demon Horn, then as we go left grab Demon Fang. Walk down through the trees to push the Propane Canister up towards the beaver dam. Position the canister towards the left and click the beaver dam to light it up.
Wilkes Mansion, turn the white gargoyle statue on the right to open the way into the Dungeon. Go 1left and place the Demon Feather, Fang and Horn.
Chest Key
To get the key we need to reopen the portal. To do that, we need a second set of Demon Feather, Fang and Horn.
Demon Fang 2 – Wilkes Mansion Lobby, near the gargoyle statues
Demon Horn 2 – Wilkes Mansion Lobby, near the front door
Demon Feather 2 – Wilkes Mansion Left Hallway. From the Lobby room with the Horn, go up the left stairs and go left. Go left again, to reach the room with a guard.
Wilkes Mansion Dungeon. Go to the lobby, turn the white gargoyle statue on the right to open the way into the Dungeon. Go 1left and place the Demon Feather, Fang and Horn. This opens the portal to the far right. Once you’re through the portal, the Chest Key is in the bottom left
