You then have to slam-storage or rocket-ride you’re way around past the clock tower, go extremely high as all the enemies spawn using triggers. Once in the air you should see a light on the ground, near the light is a hole you have to fall into; which leads straight to subway and the train.
Ride the train near to the station but stop before you reach it as riding into it triggers the enemies. Instead walk over to the red skull and blow open the top, be careful doing this as enemies will trigger if you walk too close. Go back to the train and ride it into the station, once the gate lowers hope out and raise them with console; do this quickly as the Guttermen will instantly start shooting at you. Take the last bit of rail to the red skull and load the bomb onto the train.
The next part is the most finicky part of this challenge as the Guttermen can quickly kill you and even knock you off the train. Brute forcing the train past them worked for me. After blowing open the blocked path in the subway drop through and grab the checkpoint.
This part is the hardest and it could be different for others so keep that in mind. You have to walk a specific path to not alert the enemies in the room. Mine started with the rightmost path, but again it could be different for others. If the enemies spawn esc to menu and click ‘checkpoint’ to instantly reset the room.

After activating the challenge you will marked for death. This means that instead of fighting each other, all the enemies will target you. Good Luck :]
