If you want to find your Save Game file, you can locate Trover.sav in the following location:

%LocalAppData%\Trover\Saved\SaveGames\
Beta / Test Builds
…\steamapps\common\Trover Saves the Univese\Trover\Saved\SaveGames\
NOTE: Trover Saves the Universe does not currently support Steam Cloud.
