Fix I recieved
As you are using a laptop, would you be able to double check if your laptop is using your dedicated GPU when starting the game? If it uses the integrated one, this may be the reason why this error message occurs. We have a article on how you can switch to your dedicated GPU:

I would also strongly advise to make sure both GPU’s have the latest driver installed. This should resolve the issue. However, should this not be the case, we have a workaround which you can find under the NVIDIA Support here:
Personally, a second fix worked for me. Just be sure to download driver updates from official sites!
