Secret Trees
The Pleom Tree
This tree can be crafted from the Golden seeds found in the 9 golden chests spread around the map. Created the same as other tree seeds by combining the seed, tree bark, and mutagen in the DNA Manipulator.
Map Guide with Golden Chest locations
Due to the limited amount of Golden seeds available the number of times you can craft these is limited. Don’t lose them.
The Iterra Tree
This tree seed can only be found. As far as I am aware only one copy exists in the world so DO NOT lose it.
The lore leading to the location begins in one of the survival bunkers found towards the edge of the map near the wheel.
The ship referenced is the cruiser, downed in the desert. To get to the described panel you will need to enter quite deep into the cruiser so an O2 is recommended. *Rough directions; go up the first ladder, head to the right through the room filled with computers, past the biotubes then you should see a second ladder heading up to another floor. At the back of this room you should find the panel and three containers behind.
This tree might be my personal favorite, it grows in small clumps with a lot of variety.
Other bits
I’ve found the farther along you progress the terraforming (maybe just gametime??), meteor showers of different types occur.
- Standard: Orange meteors containing mostly the six primary resources; iron, silicon, titanium, cobalt, magnesium, and aluminium.
- Iridium: Bright red meteors containing iridium. Can be summoned on a smaller scale with rockets.
- Uranium: Bright green meteors containing iridium. Can be summoned on a smaller scale with rockets.
- Osmium: Bright blue meteors containing osmium and sulfur. Cannot be summoned with rockets.
Also if anyone knows anything about the door in the super alloy cave…. I’ve been trying to open or glitch through a wall for some time now… really curious whats back there…

Hello, i don’t know if you did find the other side of the door, or someone told you before, but there is a way i got to the other side. First thing to do is to get to the top of the sandfall above the ice cave located there. You need to be on top of that formation. I know about three natural ways to get there, even though one of them needs jetpack. First one is through ice cave near the spikes. You will go through and at the other end you will turn right and go long way to the fall. Other one is through desert and the area behind it. There is a smooth way to get behind those mountain walls. When you get behind them, you need to go left. The third way is the fastest if you go from the lake. But it requires you to have jetpack. (I used T3 Jetpack, but maybe it’s possible with the other ones. I really don’t know that.) So the way is like this. There is a small intersection between the desert and sulfur fields. If you will go with jetpack to the left side of cliff almost at the end near the desert, you shouldbe able to fly alongside it above the cliff. Then you will go across, until you reach the sandfall.
Now you are standing on the sandfall cliff and you are looking down in the area where the sandfall falls. Go to the left end of that sand fall. There is and intersection between mountain cliff and the sandfall cliff. Between them is a small hole you should be able to get through. If you manage to do that, you will stand on the other side of that door in the super alloy cave.
So in the end there is nothing there. At least yet.
One last thing i forgot about. You have to get down on the othe side of the sandfall cliff before it intersects with the mountain cliff. There is other hole after the intersection, that is flat and you will not get to the door this way. The right one is small and vertical. On the left side is a mountain cliff and on the right side is a smooth sandfall cliff from the other side of the sand fall. So just to be sure.
Yeah Yeah i know i should do all the research before, but one last thing. There are two intersections from the end of the map. First is the intersection between large rock and sandfall cliff that has no hole between them. After that the mountain cliff goes away from the sandfall cliff and comes back. This is the place where the hole is. SO thsi should be everything. I would just edit my previous comment, but i don’t see a possibility to do that, so i just have to write another comment. Hope this all helps and have a great day.
