This guide will describe every Shopkeeper’s story easter egg reference and their locations

Autumn Hills
In 8-bit Ninja Village, near the beginning of the area, there is a tea house.
Forlorn Temple
In 16-bit Searing Crags, in the Power Seal room closest to Colos and Suses, there is a single mattress with a red blanket. Underneath the mattress is a small green pea.
Catacombs
In 16-bit Quillshroom Marsh, on the lower pathway towards the Searing Crags world portal, there is a wooden dilapidated house. Next to the house is a withered tree, and stuck to the tree is a wooden figure of Death, holding a single yellow pear.
Bamboo Creek
Bamboo Creek doesn’t have an easter egg.
Howling Grotto
In 16-bit Forlorn Temple, in the upper-left section of the temple, there is a king’s crown, a king’s robe, and a tiny silver ring resting underneath a tree.
Quillshroom Marsh
Quillshroom Marsh doesn’t have an easter egg.
Searing Crags
In 16-bit Quillshroom Marsh, on the 16-bit pathway towards the Magic Seashell pedestal, there is a hunter’s axe and a severed hand with a golden ring on the ring finger. The axe and the hand are resting against a wooden crate.
Glacial Peak
In 16-bit Glacial Peak, in the Big Time Shard room, a frozen couple holds hands inside of an ice block.
Tower of Time
In the Corrupted Future, under the metal hook just before the Key of Courage, there is a flat round rock with a crescent moon symbol on it.
Cloud Ruins
In 16-bit Sunken Shrine, during the Guardian Gods (The Sun + The Moon) cutscene where Ninja is gifted the Key of Love, a small mill with a rotating crank floats in the ocean background and releases particles of salt. It is the only easter egg that’s actually animated.
Underworld
In 16-bit Underworld, in the shop room just before the Barma’thazël boss fight, there is a statue on each side of the room of a tiny demon holding a pike while sitting on the edge of a cauldron.
Music Box
In Forlorn Temple, the first room accessed from the west, there is a well.
