Team Fortress 2: Unusual Effect Tier List 2019

Effects that are the cheapest in the game cheap for a reason. In my opinion, they’re ugly, incredibly common and are barely noticeable. I don’t think a lot of people would want to be caught dead wearing one, and they’re a real pain to trade.
