Change Steam Region
Lets Change Steam Region by clicking on steam in top left corner click on (Settings) (Downloads) when your there you will see your (Download Region) under is your Region click on that and find (US-New York) or your friend Region and when you found it click it then press OK it will ask you to restart do that then load up STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN then search for game.
