Sniper Elite 4: Weapon Upgrades Guide

For the easiest results, play on normal/marksman. It doesn’t let me save here but it’s all good as it’s the start. When you start the level, climb up the first pole.
When you climb all the way up, you will see this guy.
From here, you can get the following upgrade challenges:

• Shoulder aimed kills – hold ctrl to aim over the shoulder
• Adjusted range kills – using scope, adjust aim to 100 m (press e when scoped), kill the guy
• Empty lung kills – press space when scoped and then kill
• Heart rate above 100 – same as empty lung above but wait until heart rate gets above 100 to kill
• Prone kills – hold c to lay down on floor (going prone)
• Under a certain distance kills – kill this guy anyway you want, you’re close enough
• Grenade in belt – in the above picture with the enemy, there is a grenade on the right side, on the hip (pictured below), shoot that
  
• Shot trap kills – during the loadout screen, equip teller mines (pictured below), plant behind the enemy (also pictured below), and zoom in to shoot so you don’t miss and end up alerting him
• Richochet kills – aim right below one of his feet, shoot, and shoot again right below one of his feet to kill him (all pictured below),
• Organ kills – Look at this picture below and shoot where you need to (heart is at chest level – center)

That’s it for this level. You can do the rest here but other levels have better spots for the remaining challenges.

Penetrative Kills
When you start this level, save immediately and head towards this direction crouch sprinting (pictured below)
Pan the camera to the left until you get a view like this (pictured below)
If you want, save here, and then zoom in to the tree and you’ll notice a guy right behind it (pictured below)
Now shoot at the tree bark so that it hits the guy behind it (pictured below)
If you hit him, he’s now highlighted. Now shoot him through the tree again for the penetrative kill (pictured below)
Keep reloading save until you get the challenge finished.

Double, Multi, and Environmental Explosive Kills
When you start the level, go to the top of the stairs seen below
When you get to the top, go right and you will see this
Go in the red area shown in the picture above and you will finally see this
Save here and shoot that red cannister to get double, multi, and environmental explosive challenges. Keep reloading save until you finish them.

That wraps up this level.

Kills Over X Meters, Total Kill Distance, and Sound Masked Kills
When you start the level, go look out at the bridge and save (pictured below)
Now from this spot, get out the binoculars and zoom in until you can see and tag people on the bridge
Now take out your sniper, zoom in all the way, adjust aim all the way to 500, and use empty lung to kill everyone you see
If you need sound masked kills, wait for the railway gun (that big gun on the bridge the mission wants you to take out) to fire and shoot when it goes off.
