Keyboard
Space bar = JUMP, ENTER
Space bar + Space bar = DOUBLE JUMP
→ = EXCEL
← = BREAK
↑ = ??
↓ = SLIDE (when Floating)
Pad
ⓐ = EXCEL , act as ENTER key in keyboard
ⓑ = BREAK, act as ESC key in keyboard
ⓧ = SLIDE (when Floating)
ⓨ = JUMP
joystick = left , right
