Otaku’s Fantasy: Uncensored Patch Guide

This patch modifies the CG in the game to their uncensored variants, although there are still mosaic censors due to Japanese laws. The CGs are still censored in the Gallery thumbnails. You have to click on them to view the uncensored version.

Download the uncensored patch from the link below:

1. Make sure you have Otaku’s Fantasy installed.
2. Extract the downloaded zip file
3. Navigate to the game files. If you don’t know where it is installed, right click on the Otaku’s Fantasy in your library, click properties>local files>browse local game files
4. Replace the contents of the folder you extracted to ‘Otaku’s Fantasy_Data’
