Follow the path to through your windows directory
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Robot Entertainment\Orcs Must Die! 3\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Proceed to open the “GameUserSettings.ini”
Head down to: “FrameRateLimit=0.000000”
Then change it to your desired amount. For E.G
“FrameRateLimit=144”
“FrameRateLimit=244”
