A basic guide to joining and sailing with a crew in Mutiny Island.
Sailing With A Crew
This is a basic guide to sailing with a crew.
There are two ways in which you can initiate sailing with a crew.
The simplest way is to follow the steps below.
(Owning your ship will also allow you to initiate sailing from onboard the deck.)
Step 1:
Go to the local shipyard in Port Arbor or Tortuga and speak to Baz.
Accept the Join Crew prompt and you will be taken to the ship.
Once on the ship, you will notice three NPCs.
Each one of these NPCs will request different items across different trips.
Delivering the requested items will improve “Ship Morale”. Undertaking the job
on the Task Board will also improve morale and grant additional gold.
If you have no ship morale, the loot in the Treasure Hold will fill much slower. If morale is average to high, it will fill and increase every trip.
Your crew payment will also change based on your morale.
Holding certain special items may also change what destinations you may encounter and increase your chances of visiting the Uncharted Islands.
After a little while, your crew will inform you that a destination has been reached.
Ports are usually every second or third destination and will allow you to sell off your loot and supplies.
Each time you die or drown, the loot in the Treasure Hold will reset. You must stay alive for the Treasure to increase. The longer you sail with a crew and stay alive, the better quality loot you will receive.
