For MICROVOLTS: Recharged players, this guide explains how to fix blurry text/graphics on fullscreen native resolution.
When I selected 1920×1080 resolution in the game and checked fullscreen, my text became very blurry and hard to read.

What worked for me
Go to the game folder (in my case E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Microvolts\bin).
Right click the .exe, go to properties, compatibility tab
Check disable fullscreen optimizations
Click on change dpi settings
Check the override high dpi scaling box (bottom one)
Select Performed by application.Close, apply and try starting the game.
