Kill It With Fire Arachno-Gauntlet Challenges Guide

I should clarify, energy drinks are stupidly OP on almost all of these challenges. They’re still hard with them on some challenges, but they would be harder without them.

Location: Behind the clothing basket in the bathroom
Challenge: Kill 5 spiders using the revolver without reloadingSince the revolver only has 6 bullets, you’re only allowed to miss once. Try crouching next to spiders before firing, as it makes them much easier to aim.

Location: Secret Room (Pull the blue and yellow book on the second shelf)
Challenge: Kill 10 spiders using the ShotgunThis challenge is similar to the previous one, minus the crouching. The Shotgun’s spread should be big enough to accurately shoot without crouching.

Location: Top of the shelf in the garage
Challenge: Kill 10 spiders with fireThis one is very easy. Simply put 10 spiders on fire and watch them burn. The S.P.I.D.A.R. Tracker upgrade is very useful here if you usually miss a few spiders.

Location: Next to the scanner near your spawn
Challenge: Kill 5 spiders without using explosivesAt first glance, this challenge might seem easy, until you realize every spider is an explosive spider, and you only have 15 seconds to win. It should still be fairly simple if you’re quick enough though. I wouldn’t use fire though, as it takes a while for it to kill a spider.

Location: Next to the building in the center of the maze
Challenge: Kill 7 spiders with shurikensSince shurikens have a throwing delay, you have to anticipate the spider’s next movements. Other than that, it’s a spider-sized cakewalk.

Location: Barn
Challenge: Kill 5 spiders using the assault rifle without reloadingThis one is also similar to the first challenge, except the spiders that spawn in this challenge take 2 bullets instead of 1. You should still crouch next to them like before. Try not to spray bullets all over the place, you only have 30 bullets to work with.

Location: Meeting Room
Challenge: Kill 10 spiders using 10 different methodsWhen they mean “different methods” they don’t mean “different types of weapons” meaning you can use different fire weapons, or different guns. It just comes down to remembering what you last used.

Location: Big red button on the launch controls
Challenge: Kill 30 spidersJust murder things as fast as you can. Unlike other challenges, this one doesn’t require any specific conditions you need to fulfill, you just kill things. The rocket launcher is great for crowd control, and the energy drink is definitely a must have.

Challenge: Face the Consequences (kill 40 spiders)With spiders all gone, the exterminator has no reason to go on. No reason to live. No reason to work. He lives only in his room, pondering life’s greatest mysteries. Is there a creator? Do we have a reason? Are there really aliens? The world may never know.Yeah, this challenge is exactly the same as the previous one, except you kill 40 weird looking spiders. Not much has changed.
