This guide is for Eastward treasure hunters, all treasure’s location are listed below and explained with pictures, if you are hunting for them, you can check what you have missed here.
Preparation

Checkpoint: Before defeating the slimes and going out of the Dig Site.

Go into room b3.

Checkpoint: Before successfully rescuing the kid.
Fetch this before going through the middle exit.

Checkpoint: Before the first boss fight (the robot).
There is a hidden door in the position of the red arrow. Pull out the two shelves to reveal it.

Checkpoint: Before finding the doctor and bring the gel home.

Checkpoint: Before going out of the tunnel and reaching Huffman’s mansion.
Chapter 2 – Greenberg 025 ~ 029
Checkpoint: Before going into the Hunter’s Hut.
The author found 101 out of 102 chests in his first playthrough. This chest is the one he missed.

Checkpoint: Before riding on the raft to the boss fight.

So this is the cow level.

Checkpoint: Before leaving the Old Dam City
One of the quest items. Offers discounts across all Johnny’s Emporium branches.
Use bomb to break the cracked wall and solve a small puzzle.
Chapter 3 – The Coin Palace 048
Checkpoint: Before meeting Lee for the first time.
Checkpoint: Before obtaining the glazy berries.
Use bomb to break the wall.
Go into the deserted house.
Chapter 3 – The Sewer 052
Checkpoint: Going to the Dragon Market for the first time (at night), before triggering the crab-related cutscene.
Chapter 3 – New Dam City Park 053
Checkpoint: Enter the park for the first time, while helping the circus.
Chapter 3 – City Outskirt 054 ~ 056
Checkpoint: Before reaching the Quake Valley.

Break the crates and move down to the hidden area.
There is a cracked wall behind the waterfall. Use bomb to break it and go in to fetch the treasure. The pearl can be exchanged for 200 Salt with Assistant Yasu outside the New Dam City subway station.
Chapter 4 – Wind Shrine 062
Checkpoint: Before reaching the control room.
There is a button on the table. Press it to move the lift and reveal the hidden passage.
Chapter 4 – Inside the Dam 063 ~ 064
Checkpoint: Before reaching the fork, where its left leads to the lower section of the Dam, and its right leads to the upper section of the Dam.
Pull out the box to reveal the hidden passage.
Chapter 4 – Lower Dam 065 ~ 068
Checkpoint: Before leaving the lower dam.
There is a hidden generator. Send a balloon bomb to burn the vines on it and reveal the hidden passway.

Checkpoint: Before leaving upper dam.
Chapter 4 – Dam Central Core
Checkpoint: Before opening the last water gate.
The controller in the right red box controls both platforms in the red boxes. So we need to separate John and Sam and let them step on the two platforms separately.
Chapter 4 – Dream 071
Checkpoint: Before leaving the Dig Site in the dream.
Chapter 5 – The Sewer 072 ~ 075
Checkpoint: Before reaching the deepest part of the sewer and finishing the rescuing task.

Checkpoint: Before going to rest after the filming.

Stand in the position as shown in the image. Use Sam’s bubble to hit the “light bulb” in the red box. A maximum charged bubble is needed to cover the distance.

There is a chain in the red box. Aim at the chain and shoot charged bubbles to it.
Note: Do not shoot near the exit of the map. Otherwise you might be blown out of the map and trigger a bug which permanently locks the chest.
