Hey! This is a general guide, almost like a wiki, for Desert Skies. (Note: spoilers are not hidden)
Notes.
Like the description says, this is a guide on most of Desert Skies, which I decided to make due to a lack of guides and or accessible knowledge of the game.
The main things I won’t cover are things like the locations and wobbleheads, for several time-saving reasons. However, I may add them later. Still, this should serve as a good way to get info on something you’re curious about.
Now, of course, I’m no master at this game. Not everything will be spot on, (especially considering this was done in 6 hours) and you can help with addressing those issues! If you point out a mistake, and it indeed was wrong, or if you want to add more info, (picture evidence if possible!) I will fix the issue, or add the info, and credit you. Alright, onto the guide!
Note: All information was gathered while playing in Normal Mode.

Food Tin

It can also be looted as an object and in containers. As a currency, it can be traded to the Oasis Dweller for either 1 Nailsor 1 Iron Ingot. The reason of it being a currency is because the dweller desires a new taste of food, rather than all the fish he eats.
Cooked Food Tin
- Craftable: Yes
- Lootable: No
Cooked Food Tin, simply a better version of the Food Tin, filling almost half of the Hunger Bar. It is crafted via cooking a food tin at a Grill.
Cactus Fruit

Cactus Fruit! The saving grace to your declining Hunger and Thirst Bars. It will refill a small, but useful amount of the bars, favoring the hunger bar more over the thirst. It can picked off of the rarely spawning Prickly Pear Cacti, which can also plentifully spawn in the Old Coot‘s garden.
Red Mushroom

Red Mushrooms, a rare food only found in the Butte Mines, will slightly fill your Health and Hunger Bars.

The Bandage, your source of healing in times of peril. Simply, it will fill 1/4 of your health. It is crafted with 4 Fiber and 1 Alcohol.
Vitals
Noise will refer to whenever you walk or run on sand, step on pebbles, hit/harvest a tree, cactus or ore, open/close a door, open a container, or run on any surface other than sand.
Health Bar
Your lifeline, you could say. When this empties, you die! Various ways of death could be from the Seeker or falling too far off various ledges. It can be “refilled” by using mainly Bandages, or, if you want, Red Mushrooms.
Hunger Bar
A bar representing what is in your virtual stomach. This empties overtime, and when empty, will damage your health slowly. However, in the end, it is slower than the Thirst Bar at emptying. Nutrients such as the (Cooked) Food Tin, Cactus Fruit, and Red Mushroom can be eaten to replenish this bar.
Thirst Bar
A bar showing your bodies water capacity. This empties overtime, and when empty, will damage you, just like the Hunger Bar. It empties faster than the hunger bar, however. It can be replenished with a swig from a Waterskin, Well, Water Barrel or Tank, and Canteen filled with some water.
Fuel Bar
A bar that will simply tell you how much fuel is in your airship furnace, and will empty overtime while you fly.
Stealth Seeker Image
This 2d side image of a Seeker will flash whenever you make noise, brighter or dimmer depending on the noise intensity. I believe that there is an invisible bar, that is filled more and more whenever you make noise, and when fully filled, will summon the seeker to try and find you.
Seeker Noise Alert and Stamina Bar
Whenever the seeker is hunting for you, you will now see a Stamina Bar, and a image flash whenever you make a noise the Seeker can hear. The stamina bar is simple, it will deplete whenever you run, and can gain an extra boost whenever you are hit by the seeker. The following things a seeker will hear when hunting is: running on any surface, stepping on pebbles, opening/closing a door, opening a container (why would you do this?), a stone landing, and a Noisemaker ringing.
