How to get the Cortical Scaledown+
This guide will tell you how to get the new Cortical Scaledown+ secret item.
First, you will need the Cursed Torch item, or be otherwise Cursed. Then, start the level ‘Androgen Assault’.Head to the area with the cube-guy target.
(You can use this secret back door to get there safer)
Or,
Drop down from above and arrive in this room.

Follow the small corridors until you find a bobblehead enemy and a ladder.
Go up the ladder. There is a circular door here. Opening this reveals another cube-guy enemy, so be ready to fight.
In this room there is a table, on it is the Cortical Scaledown+.
Equipping it shrinks the player down to tiny size, making it impossible to enemies to see you. Be careful though, as bunny-hopping too fast into a wall will explode you.
You can use this item to access the tiny door upstairs on this level. Inside is a fleshrat enemy.
