Current Hero Meta [First]
Here you will find current Meta information about the currently strongest composition of heroes and gear.
S Rank Combination for Notoriety 8+ pushing:
Creen:
Creen and Triss will always be a dream team due to their passives being amazing in lining up together. Creen deals big damage to all targets affected by Triss’ damage over time build that we will be mentioning soon.
Creen’s combination of survivability and buffing potential makes him a perfect tank for supporting the carry builds later on in Notoriety. He can also deal good amounts of damage when he gets his moments of freedom. While he must focus on movement speed and survivability.
CREEN GEAR AND SETUP:
Sword – The Reaper – This sword provides a nice amount of health and ult charge, which is necessary to survive.
Shield – Abhorrent Iris – This shield provides a good amount of cooldown reduction upon block, while also providing health and damage to elites+
This is important to keep providing the attack buffs to your party, as well as providing decent damage to aid your party to deal with the more problematic enemies, which tend to be a lot on the higher NOTO levels.
Trinket 1 – Dena’s Lemna – This is the most underrated item in the game, seeing as how Creen heals himself passively, every time he takes a heal his maximum HP is increased by 3% up to 100%, basically giving this tank double HP by the halfway mark of the dungeon or ealier. On top of that providing damage reduction for your tank character, and more damage to higher tier enemies.
Trinket 2 – Elder Skull – Elder skull also provides a nice HP buff, which works even stronger with Dena’s Lemna, the additional damage reduction and dodge skill reduction timer makes Creen an actually mobile and very survivable hero. The chance to reset a cooldown works very nicely with his Bull Charge but sadly does not function for his buff.
Stat priority here is Vit > Will = Agi
Triss:
Triss provides herself with absolutely insane survivability due to her interactions with lifesteal and Creen. On top of that she deals a decent amount of damage, however reliable for an assassin.
Often using her E and poison for a high amount of lifesteal, Triss becomes the least liable and most reliable assassin in higher NOTO.
TRISS GEAR AND SETUP:
Dagger 1 – Titan Skinner – The Titan Skinner provides exactly what the build is missing, a reliable source of damage. The ult damage makes for devastating blades as well as the backstab damage making a well-positioned player feel rewarded for their decisions. The only issue is how hard this is to get, being only a random legendary drop from a dungeon.
Dagger 2 – Venom’s Vault – Hitting an enemy will provide you with a poison effect that ticks very often and counts as a damage over time. It provides backstab damage and Ult damage, which is always nice to have, however not the key feature here. Every poison tick heals your character for health and makes Triss extremely survivable.
Trinket 1 – Dena’s Lemna – With the insane amount of sheer iterations of lifesteal procs, this ring will proc extremely often and often increase your life to double after the first two encounters. On top of that providing damage reduction for your assassin character, and more damage to higher tier enemies.
Trinket 2 – Seal of the Banished – Providing yourself with Ultimate damage is great for Triss, especially in higher NOTO. as well as providing once again that extra damage to bosses and elites, which are the main issue in higher NOTO runs. The passive resets your active CD’s on ult activation, making it easy to move around with Death from Above, dashing, and spreading your damage over time with your Deck of Daggers.
Stat priority here is Vit > Agi > Lucki
Kujuk
Kujuk’s kit is incredibly powerful as it is, as it features cooldown reduction in his passive, as well as having a gravity well and a freeze, making for immense crowd control options. However, the power comes with the legendary staff combined with cooldown reduction.
KUJUK GEAR AND SETUP:
Staff – Wave of M’waan – Wave of M’waan is perfect for a crowd control build, giving you 50% damage to higher tiers, crowd controlled enemies and 30% ultimate charging rate. Not to mention the passive effect allows you to freeze enemies after any titan skill cast, freezing them for about 3 seconds.
Trinket 1, 2 and 3 – Tergaron’s Vision Tergaron’s vision provides 80% skill damage each for your vortex pull, making it a nice opener, as well as 16% cooldown reduction per trinket, causing you to be able to permanently stun when you properly juggle your skills and auto attacks.
Not to mention, to top Kujuk off as the ultimate support, he provides himself a 60% chance not to consume mana using these trinkets, allowing him to forgive many mistakes and push even higher with the limited amount of mana provided.
This rotation looks simply like: E –> auto –> R –> auto –> E–> auto etc etc etc
Stat priority here is Will > Vit > Agi
Conclusion
You might notice that Vitality is important, since the game’s damage can be very unforgiving, as well as mistakes often resulting in more damage taken than initially. Crowd control and teamwork are key features to be able to push so honestly a nice team of consistent and good players is half the work. These builds are constantly changing due to updates and I will update the guide as soon as I have more information and time.

Great write up and guide! Just a small correction – Tek’ka and Kujuk’s ultimates are reversed. Tek’ka still has Spirits and Kujuk has the Frost Skull.
