Intro
Any mission omitted from this guide has nothing in it. No logs, no hidden parts, nothing at all.
This guide is not yet complete, I intend to add pictures for the harder to find items, and still need to fill out some other materials. But I’d rather upload it now, than wait.
List of Hidden Parts
These are all the parts as they appear in order. Apart from the last two Coral-based pieces, everything can be gotten on the first playthrough, while Mission 52 can only be done on the third playthrough, or NG++.

This is all the data logs as they appear on the in game list. This is for your benefit, making it so you can easily cross reference this and your own list to see what you may be missing. When they appear in game, however, is wildly different, so make good use of the mission listings.
For reference, there is exactly 50 data logs.

Destroy the other MTs first to make it a little easier.

After destroying the second target, instead of moving up towards the third target, keep to the right instead.
While Dunham is actually optional, he is hard to miss, appearing before the destruction of the final target.

Relative to facing the wall, Volta’s destroyed AC can be found to the very left of the city. He’s hard to miss.
Relative to facing the wall, this wreck can be found to the right where the two walls meet, on top of the smaller wall and tucked away into a corner.
Drop into the large canyon area while perusing for more data logs. She will attack you for your role in Operation Wallclimber. As she’s just a child, make sure to use a pilebunker on her.
Rather than heading to the right, this wreck can be found to the left of your start instead, dropping down to the snow underneath the large crashed ship, but not in the massive hole.
Follow the mission objective to the first point, and then push further forward and destroy the larger choppers on a nearby building. Make a solid turn left and head back up onto the raised natural area. It won’t be too hard to miss.

After destroying the first MDD, drop down to the bottom level and stick to the right wall. This wreck will be guarded by another MDD.
After the second MDD encounter, stick to the upper left area. There will be yellow crane-like apparatuses with this wreck on one of the last ones.

Just past and beneath the second laser cannon, there is a hole that drops down to a small water section where this wreck hides.
After clearing the first area, this wreck can be found in between the first and second areas on the highest building. For added context, Sulla would be in the third area.
In the same location as Enemy AC: Nossa. In the furnace room, there are two pipes, one still active with molten metal. Enter the inactive pipe and make your way through to the end of the path.

After “Invincible” Rummy, proceed out the opened door. Fly straight up and pull a complete 180 in the open space, then head towards the giant elevator. This wreck is found at the bottom of the lift.
In a similar location to AC-3000 WRECKER and Nossa. In the furnace room, instead of entering the empty pipe, instead enter the very much active molten pipe. This will cause damage.
You’ll likely find this fairly easily while looking around for the hacking devices already, honestly.

After stopping the hack, do not exit the area. Instead, go to the area right of the exit objective, and inside will be this wreck.
After the lift, keep to the right and drop down at the edge of the platform. On the lower platform, you’ll find this wreck near some Squid Drones.
After the lift, keep to the left and drop down. So long as you’re by the edge, you’ll find the lower area with this wreck easily.

Halfway through the mission on the bridge with gatling guns, beneath this bridge and to the right is a small, closed entrance. Sitting just inside is this wreck.
At the final objective, the actual fuel refinery, jump over it and squeeze in between the dome and the wall. Inside this small gap is the wreck.
Follow the mission objective and stop at the first point. From here, you should be able to see it in between some buildings. Next to the data log Text Data: The Re-education Center.
[h2[Enemy AC: V.VII Swineburne[/h2]
Follow the mission objective. When he offers you money, he stops moving, despite pilebunkers existing.
When Swineburne offers you money NOT to crush him with a pilebunker, accept his offer. Roku will appear and angrily, offering himself up to the pilebunking Gods.
Immediately after starting, drop to the base of the wall to your right and travel along it. You’ll come to a small ramp down and this wreck.
Next to the BAWS Tetrapod within the city, near the first objective.

Upon mission start, head to your right instead and go around the hole. Hidden behind a ledge towards the end of the area is CANDLE RING. Should you go for the data log instead, he will ambush you.
Opposite of Ring Freddie, away from the hole and up against the cliff, is this wreck.
While moving up to the base, keep to the left wall. This wreck is just inside a gate.
After dealing with the large shield, turn back out directly towards the open area. At the very bottom of the second hanging structure, this wreck will be a bit more visible with electricity against the dark surfaces. Be wary of the two MTs directly above it.

After the partition closes and the enemies are dealt with, check the back of the room with the access port. Very hard to miss.
After restoring the power, the wreck is immediately to your left behind a very small wall.
In the area where the boss shoots at you from a distance, this wreck can be found at the top of a pipe above the bridge he shoots from.
In place of Iguazu, he will have hired Coldcall in order to end you.
Follow the mission objective. This wreck will be in the same room as Coldcall on the ramp down.
Upon viewing the laser grid for the first time, drop down beneath the ring. You won’t even need to deal with snipers yet. There will be a lower connecting bridge with this wreck up against the cave wall.
Found on one of the long upper bridges, connecting the center machinery to the cave wall.

(Pater’s AC, Dual Nature, implies he does not feel the emotions he shows. Depending on your actions, during Mission 43: Escape, he will be flexing his newer rank, be it V or VI.)

Enemy AC:
Upon first entering the pit, it’ll be along the right wall before confronting the meal worms. It’s hard to miss. Keep in mind, it’s for the alternate version of this mission.
Upon reaching the water, this part can be found on the far left side of the bridge. Be warned as it’s surrounded by Wheels.
Every wheel is a combat log. Enjoy!
After launching, this wreck is located on top of a building towards the left in the first area. You do not need to do the first objective to reach it.
Upon reaching the water, this wreck is found on the far right side of the bridge. Be warned, collecting this will activate enemies around you.

In the sewers, this data log is directly next to the BAWS Tetrapod. Remember to use your jammer and approach it from behind as well.
Rather than go through the city, traversing atop the canopy above will draw out this interceptor.

Before entering Depth 1, go down to where you originally had activated the power for Depth 2. While initially grateful for being saved, Red will attack you, insisting he cannot trust you.
