For House Flipper VR players, this guide will help you to unlock all 26 achievements. It will be separated in three sections : Job-related achievements, House selling-related achievements and Other achievements.
Job-related achievements
Content Client If they paid me for this job it means the job was done right, right?I think I got it after completing the first job.
Pure Purely Scrubbing dirt is my calling!I think I got it on the second job after completing it 100%.
Rapid Rider Beating the time of 0:30 on a rally track is a real challenge!During Modernization, pickup the remote and pass through all nine checkpoints. You have to destroy the wall first.
Darts’ Dude Straight into the center of the dartboard, and then the same 2 more times!In the job “Moving in”, go into the bedroom and to the dartboard then push Play. Throw the darts (available on your left wrist) into the center, you can stick close to the dartboard if you want to do it easy.
Deft Detecitive When the mystery of the mysterious burglar is solved…Got it after completing all the jobs. (I think it’s a bug, it should have popped during the burglar job)
Plates’ Popper You don’t have to be angry to throw plates at the walls!Spawn a plate and drop it on the ground so it crashes, do it 19 more times (total 20) and you’ll get the achievement.
Revealed Renovator Any repair crew is nothing compared to me!Got it after completing all the jobs.
House selling-related achievements
First Flip The sale of the first house was successful!This achievement will unlock after first sale.
Super Seller Selling sand on the beach or a house on the estate is not a big deal for me.Buy and sell all house once.
Buy “Fish House”, clean it completely and sell the fish painting (that’s how I got it).
Alex Loves wooden furniture and baking.Buy “Own nest”, clean it, sell everything, buy ten wooden chairs and 10 paintings with wooden frame (I used the one with the deer in a blue night)
Artist Loves art and colored walls.Buy “Fish house” and sell it immediately.
Businessman A real estate agent.Buy “(Not)office house” and sell it immediately.
Jelo Loves vintage furniture, blue colored walls and TV.Buy “Own nest”, clean it, sell everything, paint all walls blue then buy 10 of these vintage tables.
Kamil Loves dark green walls and music.Buy “Own nest”, clean it, paint all the walls with a dark green and put 5 speakers (the biggest ones).
Mystery Indeed.Buy “Crib for peter alber house” and sell it immediately.
Patrick and Kate Just started a family.Buy “Own nest”, clean it, sell everything, buy a bunk bed and buy a double bed
Student House prices matter.Buy “Own nest” and sell it immediately.
Taia Loves decorations and blue furniture.Buy “Own nest”, clean it, sell everything, buy ten blue kitchen furnitures and 10 paintings with wooden frame (I used the one with the deer in a blue night)
Yurii Loves sport and e-sports.Buy “Own nest”, clean it, sell everything, buy ten gaming chair (look like office chairs) and 10 curved TVs.
Other achievements
Eggs’ Executor No egg finds ease!Spawn an egg and drop it on the ground so it crashes, do it 19 more times (total 20) and you’ll get the achievement.
Remote Ride By using Remote Car!Spawn the RC car and keep driving it. to make it easier, you can make it go round and you’ll get the achievement.
Basic Boomeranging If you love something, let it fly!I got it by throwing the toy boomerang multiple times (20 ? to be confirmed).
Nice N-shot n = 100Spawn the Pistol toy then shoot 100 times with it.
Teddy Time! C’mon, grab your Simon!Spawn the Simon(dog) toy.
Rich Renovator Collecting $300,000 wasn’t a big challenge!You’ll get it before completing all the jobs.
