If you are not getting the achievements of New World, this guide will show you how to fix the bug where you don’t receive any steam achievements, let’s check it out.
Information to Consider
Before you earn your steam achievements there is some information you need to consider.
1. This is not a permanent solution AKA it will not unlock future achievements as well.
2. This Guide involves you making a new character. (DO NOT DELETE YOUR OLD CHARACTER)
3. Due to you needing to make a new character, players with 2 characters will either need to delete a character or wait till a proper fix comes out.
Basic Steps
With that out of the way, here are the basic steps to unlocking your steam achievements.
1. Make a new character.
2. (Optional) Skip the cut scene.
3. (Optional) Skip designing your character.
4. As soon as you wake up on the beach, your steam achievements should pop up.
