For Sheepo players, this guide is a detailed walkthrough if you’re stuck. It goes through the details on beating the main portion of the game, and briefly helps guide a completionist run as well.
PART ONE: THE SPACESHIP
You wake up in the spaceship, and it’s time to get ready! Press the red lever in the corner to open the bottom hatch, and begin the tutorial. This should all be pretty self explanatory. The only move that might be difficult is the double jump/wall jump combo move. Just make sure you consistently keep pressing towards the wall while doing the move, and it should make it a lot easier.
Get the shifter pack and leave the spaceship.
PART TWO: THE LANDING
Since you can’t go left, keep moving right. Take note of any creatures you pass, since they can help hint towards future paths. Also take note of the map in your pause menu. This is very important, since it helps show which areas you’ve been to, and where you could still explore. To access the pause menu press “Start” on your controller, or “Esc” on your keyboard.
Keep moving a few screens to the right. Each time you exit a screen, a new block will show up on your map. On the fourth screen, you’ll be introduced to gates and keys. Later on that same screen is the first choice in path. If you climb upwards, you will face a small challenge for a reward. If you go right, notice the gate with no keys. You will come back to this eventually. Whichever path you take, you will end up at the same spot.
Keep following the path in The Landing until you reach a quiet screen with a save spot and a statue with some hopping creatures (a Froggo Shrine). Make sure to save, because the boss is coming up!
Mama Bird is the first boss and shouldn’t be particularly hard. Just make sure you hide behind walls while she is shooting, and you only climb when the path is clear. Eventually, when you reach the top, pull the lever and unleash the boulders. Climb up and grab the egg.
You can now shape-shift into a LongBird. However, you can only do this when you are near one, and it only lasts a short while.
There are a couple secrets nearby! Now that she is sleeping, go into Mama Birds Lair. Fall all the way to the bottom of the screen, and walk into the hidden hole where Mama Bird popped out of. Here there is a hidden feather. But there’s more! From the bottom of the pit, start walking to the right until you are off the screen. Here is another small hidden area with a couple rewards. Press the transform button near the longbird and fly up onto the ledge. Then make your way up the room. Near the top, on the right, is a small mini-game where you collect leaves and draw a picture for a small reward. Leave that room, and climb up and collect your first health pickup. Collecting 3 of these permanently raises your health. Climb out of the room from the top and continue until you reach DeadMall.
[OPTIONAL: You can also skip deadmall for now and move directly to Upper Landing / Upper Deadmall. On your first playthrough I wouldn’t recommend, however if you would like to, you can skip to that section now]
Your map should look similar to this:
PART THREE: DEADMALL
We’ve hit the second main section in Cebron, DeadMall. DeadMall used to be a busy shopping mall, but it has fallen to disrepair. There is still one shop though, and we will reach that first. You can talk to the bird in the fancy dress, and then move to the fountains. Use the save point near the first fountain. You can try jumping into the water, but you can’t quite reach the ledge yet!
Move to the right slightly, and climb up using the spinning shifter panel until you reach the first lever. Pull the lever, and the water level will rise. Now you can jump into that fountain and reach the ledge. From this spot, wall jump past the falling spike balls and pull the second lever. The water level has risen again. Now you can ride the fountain up to the right. Move past the second fountain and up the spikey section to pull the third lever. Here comes the hard part! Thankfully, the game has just saved for you.
Ride between the fountains until you leave the top of the screen. Occasionally, youll need to leave the water streams to wall jump around obstacles. Note that your double jump refills whenever you touch water.
Above this screen is the shop. Talk to the bird running the store, and if buy map markers if you’d like (and if you have enough feathers). It might have been a pain to make it to the shop, but it will be much easier to reach it with a future upgrade. Now drop down, and as you’re falling, move to the left. There is a feather on a ledge only reachable from the top. Make your way to the bottom, save again, and then move to the right.
The next room has an optional game where you feed the monster. If you feed him every food ball, you receive two feathers. This is optional, but remember to collect feathers whenever possible!
Keep moving to the right for two screens, until you have the choice of falling down a hole, or continuing right. Going right goes to the Gallery, which is currently locked, so instead drop down.
PART FOUR: THE WASTELANDS
You’ve made it to the wastelands! Move through the first section while avoiding the toxic sludge. In the second screen, use the save point, and then drop into the hole to the left. Turn into a longbird, and then quickly make your way up and to the right across the spike pit. Wall jump up, and turn into the next longbird and collect all the key segments. You can press cancel (or wait) to turn back into Sheepo. Then shape-shift again, and make your way back.
Unlock the gate, then go back and save. Pass the gate and continue. Make your way through the next few screens until you reach the circular water slide. Ride it up, then jump across. Talk to the artist bird, and then keep moving.
In the next screen, use the save point, and then fly upwards. There is a feather at the top middle point of the screen, and three key segments nearby. Use the keys to unlock a second health fragment, then drop back down and save again. Move to the right, and climb up the ledge and talk to the bird standing there. In the next room is the optional boss, BirdBot
Beating BirdBot gives you five feathers, which is well worth it! It has three attacks:
1. It shoots a laser wave, which you must double jump over. If you’re playing on hard mode, you might also have to wall jump to climb over.
2. It shoots exploding rockets. To avoid these, walk very slowly. Running across the room will trap you in a corner.
3. It shoots a projectile that aims towards you. Jump over this, and it will lock back onto the BirdBot. Hit the BirdBot three times to destroy it. Collect the five feathers and move on.
Drop down and save. On the right is a small room which rewards you a feather if you time your jumps right. Leave and save again. You can now move down, or to the left. Dropping down is an easier path. After dropping down, run across the top ledge and double jump for a feather.
Continue through the next room, moving to the right. At the end, go right to play a small pinball minigame, or drop down to continue. Save at the save point. Going to the right includes a small mini-game for a feather. Save again, and drop off the ledge. Walk back towards the ledge and drop into a secret spot.
If you are playing on easy mode, you can find a “Map Outline Upgrade” here. If not, there is still a feather and a strange bird that hints you at where to go next. You can return here at any point, and the bird will give you a riddle on the location of the next egg. Move past the bird through another secret tunnel, and get the feather. Leave this room the way you came.
Keep continuing to the left until you pass the large gap. If you go down, there is a small puzzle for a feather. If you don’t have full health, you might want to skip. To avoid the spikes, launch yourself at a downward angle, and press transform when you’re near the next shifter. Leave this room, and go left to the next boss.
Dead Worm has a few attacks. First it lurches at you from above and below. Just run when it is ready to attack to avoid.
Next, it will begin to break the ground. You can often try to aim it, in the same spots by jumping over gaps while it’s preparing the attack.
Next, a fountain pops up. You should jump into this soon, because Dead Worm is about to break all the remaining ground pieces.
After this, more fountains pop up, and you must evade the boss while staying above water. Finally, it surfaces from the water. Aim it to hit the spikes above, and you win.
Now leave the screen to the left, and collect the SpineWorm egg. With this egg, you can turn into a spineworm and dig underground.
OPTIONS: There are now two main new areas you can explore. You could either go to the Underbelly, or to Upper Landing, which leads to Upper DeadMall. For the purposes of this guide, we will first go to Underbelly, since the upgrade there allows quicker movements around the map. Either way, you will walk back towards the beginning of the map where the spaceship is.
Dig up to the top of the screen until you eventually resurface in Deadmall. Keep moving to the left. At the left edge of the screen, grab the feather on the ledge, and move up to the top right to find a hidden section with a small reward. From here, keep moving towards the location of your spaceship, and pick up any feathers you see on your way back.
If you’d like to skip around, the entrance to upper landing begins one screen to the right of the spaceship. To reach this, you would turn into the longbird you pass and fly off the top of the screen. However, we are going to skip this for now, and continue to the ship. On the first screen, turn into the longbird, and fly up past the ship, and move one screen to the left. Here you will see a spineworm. Shape-shift into this, and drop down into the Underbelly.
PART FIVE: THE UNDERBELLY
Begin to make your way through the Underbelly and collect any feathers you see. On the second section, there is an optional puzzle room to the right. To reach it, find the hidden long bird and fly to the platform on the right. After gaining the feather, you can drop down.
The next room requires you to climb up, shape-shift, and then leap out of the ground and into a new underground section. Keep continuing through a few more sections. The rooms will often split up, but as long as you keep following one path, you will end in the same spot.
Eventually, you will reach a room with a gate and key fragments hidden around the room. To collect these, you will have to transform into a spineworm, and then use the shifter panels to move around the room. When you hit a wall, you turn back into Sheepo, so plan carefully.
After you open the gate, you will get a tour of the boneyard. The only thing to note, is the butterflies on the platforms above the bones. Collect all the butterflies, and then drop down. Walk past all three skulls, and the butterflies will move into their eye sockets, giving you a feather. Climb back up and continue on.
The next screen has another gate, which requires 2 key fragments. They are both above. Collect these, open the gate, and then continue on. You will eventually reach a large room with dozens of froggos stuck in a broken shrine. Talking to the bird in the room will reveal the sad nature of this sight. Save the game and continue on to battle the Froggo King.
As it appears, this froggo has eaten dozens of other froggos. He will constantly attack, and your goal is simply to avoid.
In the first stage, he will simply jump and slam towards you. These attacks should be pretty easy to avoid.
In the second stage, he will begin shooting froggos at you. These froggos are only dangerous as projectiles. When they hit the ground and turn back into their normal color, you are safe to touch them. This section is much easier to play as a longbird. Try shape-shifting between the two longbirds in the room and moving back and forth.
The third stage changes depending on your difficulty. On easy, he just slams again. On Normal/Hard, he unleashed a circle of froggos with each slam. To avoid these, you can move far away, stay on the ground, and just jump over the bottom-most froggo.
In the fourth stage, he will unleash a spiral of froggos. Just keep moving back and forth, transforming into a longbird, and going either over or under him depending on what is easiest.
Finally, he will slam a few more times, and then unleash a stream of froggos, as well as a shrine and an egg. He then uses the shrine to teleport, and a stampede of froggos barge in and teleport away. All the stuck froggos are now freed!
Grab the egg. You can now temporarily turn into a froggo, although it lasts for only a split second! Use this to teleport between froggo shrines. You can only teleport to shrines you’ve already passed, however at this point you should have passed a handful already.
OPTIONS: The best bet is to now visit Upper Landing, although it is possible (but unlikely) that you have enough feathers to visit the gallery. I will assume you don’t, so let’s continue to Upper Landing.
Hold the transform button in front of the froggo shrine until the map pops up. Teleport to the upper left froggo shrine and you’ll be one screen to the left of the spaceship. Go to the right two screens, and make your way to the longbird. From here, fly back up the way you came, all the way past the top of the screen and into Upper Landing.
PART SIX: UPPER LANDING / UPPER DEADMALL
Upper Landing is a quiet and peaceful continuation of the Landing. It does not have any enemies, and you cannot die in this section. Instead, it is a bit of an intermission with small puzzles.
First, head to the left, drop underneath the platform with the longbird, transform, and make start making your way up.
Here is the first wind puzzle. Pulling the levers will switch the wind between the pink and blue machines. To pass this first section, pull the lever, and then ride the wind from the blue machine up. Go past the pink machine, and climb until you hit a lever. Switch it to pink, then climb back down a bit and ride the pink machine up to the next section. Now, you will see a pink and blue machine next to each other. Skip over these, and jump to the right, where you will find another lever. Turn it to blue, then go back, ride the previous blue wind, and continue onto the next room.
The next room requires you to turn the lever off, and then quickly jump into the remaining wind. After this, ride the fans up, and flip the levers while wall jumping. At the top, turn into the longbird on the left, and quickly make your way to the top right, and into the next room.
The next puzzle is a bit tricky. Jump across the gap, and fly up until you reach the lever. Turn the red wind off, but don’t jump down yet. Wait until the wind is all gone, and wait at the edge of the platform. Turn the wind back on, and then quickly drop down and and to the right. Ride the blue fan up, then the red fan. Turn the lever to switch the blue fans back on, and wall jump repeatedly up until you make it out to the next room.
In the next room, turn the pink fan off, and jump from on top of it to the next platform. Pass the froggo shrine and make it across to the next room. In this next area, make it up to the painting bird. You can do a small mini-game for a reward. Continue on.
The next puzzle requires you to turn the blue fan on, wall jump while turning it back off, and then ride the remaining wind up to the next platform. Past this, is Upper Deadmall!
Climb several screens up to the top of DeadMall, and then drop in through the roof. This area is a bit tricky, but it mostly self explanatory. Just avoid traps, and use every save location you pass. Eventually you will make it to a save location above a suspicious drop. Use it, because up next is the Slime Queen!
Slime Queen is a bit difficult, although her attack patterns are very consistent. She will start by circling the room, and creating a path of slime wherever she goes. This causes the room to constantly shrink.
Eventually, so will start spitting projectiles at you, which burst into smaller projectiles. On the lower right side of the screen there will consistently be a “step” of slime. One strategy to avoid the projectiles is to keep moving on and off of this step. For example, stand on top of the step until she shoots, then jump below and avoid the bursting particles. And repeat.
Three times, she will also shoot a much larger projectile that bounces around the room aiming towards you. Aim this projectile back at her, and hit her three times to defeat her. She will explode and turn back into a cute tiny slime ball.
Collect the egg, and turn into the slime ball to leave the room and back into DeadMall. Move a screen to the left and you’ll be back at the water fountains. Ride the fountains up again to get to the DeadMall Shop, where we will use the froggo shrine. Teleport to the room in the Underbelly where you fought Froggo King. Transform into a longbird, leave the room to the left, and quickly fly up to the top right corner of this room. Grab the feather, and continue. You can talk to the bird in the next room who will tell you about the old path to DeepWood. Transform into the slimeball on the wall, and climb up a few screens.
You will eventually dig your way up into the Landing, where you’ll open the mysterious gate you past previously. Enter the gate, turn into the spineworm, and dig down into DeepWood.
[OPTIONS: If you skipped Underbelly to get here, you can choose to go to DeepWood or Underbelly. I would still recommend completing Underbelly as early as possible though, so you can take advantage of the Froggo shrines. If you have enough feathers to buy a Gallery pass at the store in DeadMall, you are also able to skip there at any time- just note you wont be able to fully complete that section until later]
PART SEVEN: DEEPWOODS
Deepwood is a bit of a tricky section. Head through the first two rooms. Be particularly careful in the second, as there are a few obstacles in the way before the next save point.
In the third room, you’ll dig beneath the tree trunk, and collect two key fragments. The first is straight down, and the second is in the bottom right section of the room. After getting both, head to the top-right and head to the next area.
This next section is difficult, so make sure you save. Run on the treadmill to raise the logs up, but be aware that they slowly drop as soon as you stop. Raise the log and make a quick dash to the next treadmill. For the second, launch up, and then wall jump. The third is similar, but also has a tricky feather you can attempt. The last section is the most difficult. Start the same as before, wall jump, then double jump to the next shifter, and repeat until you pass the log. There is a secret nearby! From behind the log, run on the treadmill to lift it, shape-shift into the longbird and then pass back under the log and flyup through the section where the rope is holding the log up. Here is another health fragment. Grab it and continue to the next room.
From the next room, the paths will begin to split occasionally. You can go pretty much any direction you’d like, and youll still eventually make it to the goal. However I would suggest at least dropping into the room below this current room, as it has a froggo shrine that can be useful later. Otherwise, just keep moving until you find the trapped longbird with a campfire.
He will give you a very important item- A new map marker showing all the uncollected feathers in Cebron! I’ve mentioned before, but it is important to collect as many feathers as possible, since a minimum of 45 (out of a total of 75) are required to complete the game. We will do some feather clean up soon, just note that a white dot in the corner of each map segment means there is a feather still there somewhere.
Keep moving through the room. When you see the longbird, shape-shift, then very quickly make your way to the bottom left of the room to make it up the cliff. In the next room, the path splits again. Take either route- if one seems too difficult feel free to switch it up. Either way you will eventually end up in a room with a bunch of saws and the music will stop. Save at the end of the room, and transform into the worm on the ceiling to face the next boss.
The next boss is not just one creature, it’s eleven separate Slingos who collectively form the Grapple Gang! Cynthia will annoy them enough to start the buzzsaws and the fight will begin.
To defeat them, you must just wait for them to destroy themselves. Your main objective is to stay above the buzzsaws. Jump between the moving logs, and note that standing on the logs causes them to slowly be grinded down, so it’s best to stay in the air as much as possible. If you slightly miss a log, you can often wall-jump up it still. The first few Slingos will sling up into the foreground and drop. When they hit the buzzsaws, they burst and leave a long vertical flash. In easy mode, you can ignore this, however in Normal or Hard mode, you must avoid these as well.
Soon after, they will begin to drop in pairs, and finally, they will do a slow swinging pendulum drop, which is the hardest to avoid. Once the last Slingo bursts, you’re all set! Move to the room on the right and collect the Slingo egg.
Moving around as a Slingo is pretty easy once you learn the right movement strategy. To move, constantly hold the direction towards whichever grapple point you want to move towards. Then, hold the transform button to stick, and release to unstick. The easiest way seems to be rhythmically holding and releasing transform while constantly aiming, and occasionally tapping transform in quick succession.
If you’ve gotten the Froggo egg, head up to the shrine. If not, head to the left. Remember you can press the “cancel” button to transform back into Sheepo early. This is defaulted to “X” on a keyboard or “RB” on a controller.
PART EIGHT: FEATHER CLEANUP
If you have enough feathers, you can skip this section. In total, we will need 45 feathers, however for now, we only need 35 in order to reach the gallery. At this point, you should have five of the six eggs collected. If you don’t go back and complete whichever section you missed.
At this point, use the map markers you received in DeepWoods to track down some missing feathers. As a quick head-start, you can teleport to the section right before the first boss in The Landing. Transform into a longbird and fly to the top right for a feather. Then shapeshift again, and fly up the top left a couple screens for another feather.
Also note that you can now access any map section from the previously visited areas, except for the space above Upper Deadmall, and the Gallery. Just start by collecting any feathers you see on spaces near froggo shrines, and then branch out.
You can continue to the next section when you have 35 feathers, or if you don’t want to do more feather cleanup later, continue once you have 45 feathers.
PART NINE: THE GALLERY
Teleport to the DeadMall Shop and buy a Gallery Pass for 35 feathers. You met the artist briefly in the Wastelands, her show in is the far east side of Cebron. Drop down out of the shop until you reach the bottom, and keep heading to the right. Eventually, jump over the entrance to the Wastelands, and enter The Gallery. Continue until you reach the building, which will open up with your newly purchased pass.
Inside you will meet the artist, and she will give you a small tour of her show. At the end of the room begins her performative series, “The Artist is Not Present.” In these room, you must shapeshift into the creature, and draw itself by connecting all the dots before your timer runs out. Whenever you complete this, the next room opens. You aren’t able to continue until you do this for every creature you have collected. For the froggo drawing, you will need to go to the shrine in the gallery and teleport to the shrine in the froggo room. At the end is a skinny tall room with the sixth egg. There is something suspicious about it though. But it doesn’t matter, it’s time to head back to the spaceship. You can teleport there directly, or you can head back into the main gallery to see all the birds who decided to attend the show!
Back at the ship, you’ll notice there is a problem with that last egg! The Artist will arrive, scold you for stealing her art, and mention that it is not even a real egg. However theres some good news- she sold the drawings you did for 12,000,000 feathers! And she is generously giving you a cut of 200 feathers for your work.
That is nearly enough to buy an elevator key and head up to the final section! At this point you should do some more feather cleanup until you have 210 feathers. Once you have enough, head back to the Shop in DeadMall and buy the key. Teleport to the highest froggo shrine in the game (in Upper DeadMall), and head to the left one screen, down one screen, and to the left again until you pass the elevator.
Talk to the attendant, and he will let you up into the Ceiling.
PART TEN: THE CEILING
This section is quick, and the final area in Cebron! There will be three rooms with platforming, mostly based on Slingo movement. These sections should be pretty self explanatory, but just move carefully until you receive the warning on the upcoming beast! Make sure to save, then drop down and prepare to run!
This boss is split into two main sections. In the first, she will charge at you as you sprint away. Remember that you can press the cancel button to cancel out of any creature forms, and even cancel out of the blue slam squares. The first half of this chase is harder than the second half.
Once you make it out of this room, she will burst out of the ceiling and begin hurling projectiles at you. If you are playing on hard mode, you have to complete both sections in one attempt. On easy/normal mode, it will auto-save in between the two sections.
This bullet-hell section has three attack patterns before she launches an aiming projectile, which you must shoot back at her, similarly to the Slime Queen boss. Do this only once, and you’re all set! She will offer you an egg, which is in the next room. Collect it, and eventually make your way back to the ship.
On the way, you will talk to the artist bird, and youll also pass a mysterious gate that only opens with 100% completion! You can ignore this for now, and make your way to the ship, where you can leave and view the end sequence. Don’t worry, when you reopen the game, it auto saved after collecting the last egg so you won’t lose any progress.
So that’s it for the main game! For reference, here is a completed map (without the post game sections filled in!)
PART ELEVEN: REACHING 100%
Unfortunately I can’t type out where every single feather is, but thankfully your map markers should help you find them all! Every space on your map, except the post game section should be available now. If you have a specific feather you can’t find, feel free to ask and I can help!
Reaching 100% also requires you to collect all six health fragments. These aren’t shown on the map, so they are much harder to find. The six health fragments are in the circles areas:
After collecting all the feathers (You should have either 25 or 30, depending whether or not you bought the map markers from DeadMall.) and all 6 fragments, you should have 100%. Head on up to the locked gate in the Ceiling, which should now be opened and head on in.
PART TWELVE: POST GAME
The first thing you will notice behind the gate is a new permanent upgrade! With this new attachment, you can turn into a longbird whenever you want by holding the transform button down for two seconds. Try it out, and keep heading deeper, where you will meet Cebrons local psychic! They will tell you your future, but first you need to bring them some blank pictures.
Walk past the psychic, and drop down. Here you will see a map on the wall with hints on where these blank pictures are! Note that you are welcome to bring them back one at a time, you don’t need to bring them all back at once.
Spoilers below, here are the locations of all of the blank images:
Bring them back, and the psychic will tell you your future! You should now have 105%. Make sure to save, and then you can head out.
That is pretty much it! There are achievements and multiple difficulty modes to try out if you still want to keep playing. If you have any questions, suggestions, or requests, please let me know! Thanks so much for playing Sheepo and following along!

Hi, there’s a feather in the block with the ship but I can’t find it. I tried using the longbird but Idk, maybe I’m blind lol. Could you help me, please?
Its under the ship, where the rocket booster would be. I also was puzzled by this one.
I somehow got stuck in deep woods in sheepo and cannot get out. I haven’t defeated the slime queen so I am stuck and cannot get out or teleport
i have every single feather on normal every health fragment too and i cant get 100% on normal
check to see if you missed rooms, i was at 98 percent and found every single feather, but there were rooms that i missed you can check if you missed them by looking if there is an opening on the outside of every room’s outline on the map and if you see an opening and no room you have discovered, there you go
I checked every single place and cant get 6 life fragments what should i do
The blanc image to be found down in the blue area is nowhere to be found. I remember earlier in the game i lit up the eyes in the 3 craniums but now the light ia gone and not possible to light again. Could be a bug do you know?
I am currently at 99% on normal mode. I have 2 feathers missing, but I can’t see any more feather markers on my map. As far as I can tell there are no missing rooms either.
The image of my current map:

Looks like you missed a few rooms right on the top of the red area. Here’s an image that shows the rooms: https://i.postimg.cc/05Kyx41b/image-2022-09-06-115524525.png
Hi, where is the furthers left health fragment?
i cant figure out how to get the 6th health fragment in the deepwoods- can someone help-
