It’s in the post office almost next to the place you work at! It’s by all the other mailboxes in the office!
I’m really wondering if there is anything to the fact that occasionally the screen blips and makes a sharp kind of sound. Some things in the nickel’s office like the newspapers right in front say ‘They are here’ with a picture of a UFO on it so I’m rather convinced it’s aliens. Is there anything for scoring a picture of this?
Whenever the screen ‘blibs’, you get a short glimpse of how things are ‘really’ in the Thimbleweed Park game.
Some examples:
– Willie’s watch & violin repair shop has closed business and is boarded up.
– Instead of Lenore and her family, you see Willie by the burning trashcan.
– There’s a public phone somewhere along the street.
You also get hints of the events that actually transpired by searching the file cabinets in the sheriff’s office and at the coroner’s. (And of course, after completing all 30 photos!)
Some of these have several solutions, I think. E.g. to get the key for #26, I tricked the sheriff and the coroner into admitting their silly talking habits. Then the sheriff asked me to get the coroner, and when I did, and the sheriff wasn’t present, the coroner left me alone to get the prison key.
For #19 I simply used the screwdriver to remove the poster.
#24 drove me nuts – but mainly because I overlooked the device lying around in the bank…
But all in all, this was really fun. It was also very nice to see some of the red herrings from the main game getting put to good use, e.g. the specks of dust.

You can take a photo of ‘Twimbleweed Park City Limit’ big sign, in the (closed) entrance of the city. It worked to me.
#12. take photo of snapping plant at Quickie Pal while standing NEAR it. If it isn’t snapping you’ll just get a photo of a ‘plant’, not a ‘snapping plant’
#12 I poured the polluted water on the plant and it starts snapping like CRAZY so easier to get the right photo.
