What does each button do
Yellow: Switch tanks.
Red: Kill test subject.
Green: Revert mutation.
Blue: Release all viable test subjects.

Correct order
Yellow,Red,Yellow,Green*,Blue
- Before the last step The Principle will show up. He will talk to you about his experiments before saying he will kill you and Lily. Once he is done, press the blue button. If you get it all right, Billy will be released from his tank and the creature from the far right one is gonna kill The Principle.
- * If you fail to revert Billy’s mutation, he will not be released. You can still kill The Principle, but the computer will destroy the evidence of the evil experiments by killing Billy. [/list]
