Look up at the sky. – when you depart on the search for the Scarlet Stone – click on the sky to look at it at the first location where you arrive – (may not pop automatically at that point, it popped for me later after finishing that section of the game) – try to interact with the sky in every location during this section, should pop up before returning to London.
