ARK: Survival Ascended – How to Fix Crashing Nonstop

First off – go into the settings on Steam and turn off the overlay – this actually does effect the game for some reason, if you happen to be lucky enough for this to work after the other stuff is set good for you

Launch the Potato

From the main menu, hit esc – go into settings

RTX – turn all this crap off – your prob only getting 50 frames anyhow this isnt going to do anything for you but cause issues

UI – scroll to the bottom and turn on menu transitions disable – This is where all the BS is happening for the most part, also how they have it worded makes zero sense

Simple yet effective, after I went thru and did this for myself, the game ran flawlessly for the most part, its not going to fix everything but at least for me it stopped the obnoxious crashing every single time I would go into my inventory after the 3rd time having to be in it
