You will easily acquire these from just playing the game.
War ministry budget
Spend a total of 1,000,000 ptas worth in weapon upgrades
If you didn’t unlock it by the end of the game, load up any of the last few levels, sell all the treasures, buy some guns, upgrade them, sell, rinse repeat.
A Closer Look
Examine 25 items
Right click on items and pick “Examine”. Do this for every new item you encounter (including incomplete, complete and dirty treasures) and you will get this in no time.
One click magic
Upgrade a weapon to the max specs at once
You will get this in level 29. Upgrade the handgun with “Max upgrade” and then get the exclusive upgrade for it to trigger.
Armed to the teeth
Craft 1000 ammunition pieces of any kind
Ammunition crafting is only available in the last five levels. Best place to farm is the second to last level. Sell all the treasures, get all the powders, combine them, reset the level. Might take a few restarts.

This includes incomplete and completed treasures.

Spoil rush
In level 39, acquire access to the shop in less than 90 seconds
Look up the solution for the level and you shouldn’t have much problem. Try to place the treasures in the bottom part of the grid first, then go up. Leave combining for last. You NEED to click the shop button for the achievement to trigger.
The self destruct sequence has been activated
Beat level 40 in less than 4 minutes
Four minutes is more than enough if you know what you’re doing. Keep the solutions on alt tab and you should be fine. For powders, buy 4 Reds, 6 Greens, 2 Blues. First sell the remaining ammo before you slot in the herb mixes and spray.
Bad logistic
Ran out of money without having all necessary items bought
Here is the solution created by the lovely Greeter on level 27:
1. Bought a Dmp, a FixedButterfly, and a Shotgun. Then upgraded them to the max with Exclusive.
2. Bought a Handgun and upgraded it to the max without Exclusive.
3. To spent the last 500 PTAS, bought MgAmmos x 6 and HgAmmos x 10. (50 PTAS x 6 + 20 PTAS x 10 = 500 PTAS)
Currently I’m not sure if it’s correct, so stay tuned. In the meantime, here’s how I did it on level 27:
1. Buy the DMP, FixedButterfly, Handgun and Shotgun.
2. Max out the handgun and the DMP (without exclusive). Upgrade the FixedButterfly’s capacity once.
3. Buy 5 magnum ammo.

You need to sell the rifle to afford everything.

Combine all the ammo, reload the guns and sell the ammunition for the handgun and DMP, as well as the DMP.

You need to sell the shotgun and the yellow gas grenade.

You need to combine the stones with the mug FIRST and then sell it. Then buy the two remaining stones, combine them with the face mask and sell every all the treasures.

Sell both jewels, buy the mask and combine it with the stones, then sell the treasures.
LEVEL 14
Sell the gold bars, citrine and the shotgun. Then buy the lamp and the remaining stones to combine them.
LEVEL 15
Complete level XV
Sell the idol and the gold bars. Buy the crown and remaining stone, combine them and then sell everything.
Levels 16-20
LEVEL 16
You need to use one spray to heal yourself.
LEVEL 17
Complete level XVII
Sell citrine, commitment jewel and the rifle. Buy the cat jewels and combine them with the cat statue. Now you can sell the remaining treasures. Remember to buy and eat both sardines to heal up.
LEVEL 18
Buy three sardines, three eggs and eat one of each.
LEVEL 19
Complete level XIX
Sell all the treasures but the two jewels. Then buy the crown, combine it with the jewels and sell it. Eat the two sardines to heal up.
LEVEL 20
Just combine what you can and then sell it. Sardines to heal up.
Levels 21-25
Complete level XXI
Just combine the two herbs and use them to heal up.
LEVEL 22
Sell the completed lamp, the mug, and buy the mask and the crown. Complete those and sell all the treasures. Combine three green herbs to heal up. Ignore the yellow herb.
LEVEL 23
Complete level XXIII
Complete the mug and the cat statue. Sell the idol, three jewels, the cat and the mug. Buy all the stones and gems, combine them with the lamp and the mask, then sell them. Heal with the green and red herb mix.
LEVEL 24
Complete the cat, sell everything but the jewels, buy the crown, complete it and then sell it. Combine green and red herbs to heal up.
LEVEL 25
Complete level XXV
Use the green and red herb mix to heal.
Levels 26-30
Just use a spray to heal up and upgrade the firepower of the handgun.
LEVEL 27
Complete level XVIII
LEVEL 28
Sell everything but the stones, buy the mask and then sell it as completed. Heal with the triple green mixture.

Sell the completed mask and mug. Buy the crown, lamp and remaining gem. Combine everything and sell it. Heal with the green and red herb mix.

Sell the cat and the crown. Buy the mug and mask, complete them and sell. Heal with the spray.
Levels 31-35
Complete level XXXI
Eat three eggs to heal up.
LEVEL 32
DON’T sell the cat and mask, because they are dirty. Sell everything else, buy and use jewel cleaners, and then sell the cat and the mask. Heal with the triple green herb mix.
LEVEL 33
Complete level XXXIII
Clean the crown and the mask before selling them. Clean the cat, sell everything. Heal with the spray.
LEVEL 34
Clean the cat and the mask and sell them. Buy the crown and the cleaner. Combine then crown and THEN clean it as well as the mug. Sell everything. Heal with the green and red herb mix.
LEVEL 35
Complete level XXXV
Sell the cleaned cat and mask. Buy the crown and two jewel cleaners. Use the DIRTY Commitment Jewel with the crown, not the clean one. Clean the crown and the lamp, sell everything. Eat two eggs and a single green herb.
Levels 36-40
Combine G+G and R+R for enough ammunition.

Complete level XXXVII
Sell everything but the dirty jewels and the mask. Buy the crown, jewel cleaners, clean the treasures and sell them. Use a spray to heal. Use R+B, G+G, R+Rx2 and G+R ammo powders. Sell the remaining ammo.
LEVEL 38
Sell everything but the dirty jewels and the dirty mask. Buy the two crowns, combine them with the jewels and then use the jewel cleaners. Use the spray to heal. Use R+R, B+B x4, G+R, G+B for ammunition. Sell the remaining rifle ammo.
LEVEL 39
Complete level XXXIX
Remember to combine the dirty jewels with the dirty crown. Sell everything but the three types of stones, dirty lamp, dirty crown and the two jewels. Buy the crown, two masks and jewel cleaners. Use the sardines to heal up. Use R+R, G+Gx2, B+B (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT, DON’T FULLY STOCK UP THE DMP), G+Rx2 for ammunition. Sell the remaining ammo.

Complete all levels
Sell the idol, citrine, lamp, cat, amulet, bowl and mug. Buy the lamp, cat, mask and cleaners from the shop. Combine everything, clean what needs cleaning and sell. Eat one egg and two sardines. Use R+R, G+G, G+Rx2, G+Bx2. Sell the remaining magnum and rifle ammo.
