First phase to get the key
The first thing you need is to unlock the door with a lockpick, wait until no one is in the groud floor.
(I recommend taking a crowbar, which is in the corner)
Then head to the right up the stairs and go up to the second floor.
From there, walk down the hallway to the next set of stairs and wait until no one is in the conferee room and the first floor hallway.
Then go to the left and next to the toilets there is a conferee room where you can take the key on the table.

Return to the first set of stairs and go all the way to the top where there is a door marked EXIT
Then unlock this door with the key and escape!
