For Sniper Elite 5 players who have encountered the Stuttering issue, this guide will provide you a possile solution.
I spent a whole night trying to figure out why my game was stuttering like crazy just to have the thought today that it could possibly be something else I had plugged in. Sure enough when I unplugged my joystick the stutters were gone and the game ran smooth. My issue was a joystick, but I would guess that many different control devices could cause the problem.
This is my only suggestion so far and the issue could be many things, but I definitely would check what you have plugged in. It happened to work for me and I’m hoping it helps others too
