How to download
Currently it is possible to download them through Steam, using SteamDB to view manifest IDs[steamdb.info]. Since SteamDB requires you to be logged into your Steam account, there will be a table with manifest IDs.
To download old versions you need to open Steam console (this is possible by this url: steam://open/console) and type:
