Obtaining the Inquisitor Achievement is quite simple. The Inquisitor will show up randomly knocking at your door. If you have audio on, you will hear a knock, if you do not you will see this icon in your bottom right corner:
***Please note, if you do not have The Inquisitor DLC installed, you will not get these achievements. Simply click download and you will be able to get the achievements on your save file once you reload the game.***

Obtaining these mementos is very simple. The Inquisitor visits and suggests you send over a homunculus to assist a villager and hints at which homunculus to send with a tiny riddle.
Here is a list of the villagers and the homunculus you send to collect the memento:

To obtain the Rich King Achievement, you must let your daughter rot while having a large amount of money. Although I have seen varying amounts of required money, I recommend having 65,000. I obtained the achievement with 65,000 and that is what I see most people recommend.
To avoid getting any of the other endings, once I got to 65,000 I avoided leveling up my homunculi to ensure none of them were level 10 and giving me the achievement My Homunculi.
Make sure that you get the achievement To The Afterlife before trying any of the achievements that require letting your daughter rot. You are unable to get two endings at the same time.
***Please notes, once this achievement is obtained the save file is erased!***
My Homunculi
My Homunculi
To obtain the Homunculi achievement, you must do 3 things.
- Create every type of Homunculus available.
- Get 5 Homunculus to level 10 with maximum affinity.
- Let your daughter, Arhea, rot.
To ensure that the Homunculi stay at maximum affinity, make sure that job initiative is turned off. If you reject a suggestion by one of the Homunculi, it can lower their affinity. Level each girl to level 10 and return home for the week. Once home, give them all gifts so the affinity is full. Finally, go to work each week until Arhea (your daughter rots).
I obtained this achievement without giving the Homunculi the gifts like the music box, puzzle, etc. So they are not needed at this time. If you give your daughter one of these gifts and it is the wrong gift, I recommend getting her one she likes first before trying to complete this achievement.
Make sure that you get the achievement To The Afterlife before trying any of the achievements that require letting your daughter rot. You are unable to get two endings at the same time.
***Please note, this achievement will erase your save file and you will need to start over.***
